Sambazon Organic Acai Smoothie Blend, 3 Gallon Scoopable Tub

This tastes just like the açaí from all the açaí shops, but better!

This is my second time ordering Sabanzan Açaí from FoodDirectServices, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied. Both shipments arrived earlier than expected and completely frozen—perfect condition. The quality of the açaí is excellent, and it tastes great every time. I truly enjoy the product and plan to continue doing business with them. I just hope the consistency and high-level service stay just as strong with each future order. Highly recommended!

I lived in northern Brazil for two years. I discovered Acai bowls there and fell in love! They were amazing! When I returned to the states I had almost no luck at all finding any anywhere. It has started to become a little more popular at juice bars and such, but the ones I tried were extremely poor in comparison to the real deal. Fast forward 11 years- I came across this whopping three gallon tub on Amazon. It was pretty pricey and I was hesitant at first, but knew I had to try it. If it was as good as the authentic Brazilian Açaí bowls then I knew it would be worth every penny. I finally got the courage (and money) to order one up. Shipping was fast- got it in 3 days. Still frozen with some dry ice left in the package. I had to let it sit out for a bit to soften it enough to scoop it out. I recommend scooping it into a bowl, then microwaving it for 15-30 seconds to soften it up to slightly melty ice cream consistency. Then I like to add bananas and granola. I was VERY pleased to find that this was very similar if not exactly what I remember eating in Brazil. I love it! I will be buying more.

It is delicious. I don’t understand why anyone would add anything to it. I had no problems with delivery or packaging. This is one of the best food items I have ever eaten. We eat it straight from the tub and add nothing to it. I use a butcher knife to cut the frozen product. It hard to get out at all.

This is not healthy and it has a high sugar content that dismisses any benefits of a superfood because high sugar is extremely inflammatory and harmful to your organs and blood. It tastes too sweet too, the consistency is gritty and it makes me gag on the way down.

High quality, good value. Taste just like the Sambazon packets.

We bought 2 of these for the grand opening of our jiu jitsu gym and they arrived in time. Only two things to improve: I was given a date range of delivery that never got updated to an exact day so I was on edge about the possibility of it sitting on my porch without me knowing and melting. It ended up being fine, but an exact date would be better The packaging leaks when the product has defrosted. Either way, not huge deals
