This is a nice book with well documented sources provided by doctors and scientific institutions. It is also written in modern English and easy to follow. I don't have it at my fingertips at the moment, and so cannot outline the chapters. You'll find it a good and interesting read, however, and a tempting therapy to try against some serious illnesses and conditions that are typically very resistant to treatment in Western medicine. The therapy has been around and used for thousands of years. I've used it as an eyewash, a mouthwash, and a nasal douche for difficult allergic symptoms; and so was tempted to read more about the protocols and outcomes. It is important to be careful about what you consume if you are taking prescribed medications because of the possibility of overdose. I suspect more people have tried this than will admit to having done so because the practice is somewhat disgusting and taboo in Western thought; however, I would not hesitate to use fresh urine as an external antiseptic or for allergy relief in an eyewash cup or neti pot. The protocols for such things as autoimmune disease, cancer, drug-resistant TB, and hepatitis, among other conditions, are extremely interesting. I've ordered another book on the subject to explore further. But again, be aware that prescribed medications or other drugs that you take orally or by injection would be an important consideration before deciding to take the internal therapy.

Despite the usual knee-jerk reaction to this topic, it’s difficult to look through this book without being curious, perhaps fascinated but best of all hopeful once brave enough to take a step forward, rather baby steps or jump right in. The resources are great and m Eup just one thing in this book without getting involved with a hundred other interesting and not-to-to-be-forgotten new things this book shares and explains. Despite the usual on this subject necessityrequirefrom pure curiosity that this book explains. As well as its many virtues, the book adds wonderful resources and unique info that piques the mind to seek for even greater and differing traditions and knowledge still out there. Each book on this unusual subject gets only more fascinating with each additional author and background. No two are the same but only expand the topic even more.

An incredible read

The kindle version of this book is a hot mess. The formatting is way off, and there are typos or misspellings on nearly every page. That said, I gave it four stars because it is full of interesting information. I was willing to overlook the lack of editing because the content is too valuable to miss.

Absolutely incredible information well worth knowing about. A gold mine. Talk about increasing one's self empowerment and self reliance. A game changer for sure and for free. It is amazing to think that drinking your own urine could potentially save literally thousands of dollars of healthcare and hospital bills. The combination of this book, "Your Own Perfect Medicine" and "The Water of Life" make a credible case with the backing of both scientific papers and 1000s of case studies, the majority of which were hopeless. The gravity of both author's personal story and recovery gets your full attention. For me, the biggest improvement I have noticed from drinking my morning urine is the dramatic improvement in the quality of my sleep which had been an issue for me for over a decade. Its nice to wake up rested.

Your Own Perfect Medicine is a must read classic. You will thank the author for all the research she did to bring this ancient healing method back into our consciousness.

The copy I received is missing Appendix B and C and the Index. I had intended to look up high blood pressure but there is no index. Really disappointing. Appears to be missing 20 pages.

This is a good book on urine if anyone is interested on why it's the most researched substance on the planet.

This is a great start to anyone wanting to learn about Urine Therapy. It gave me the information I wanted but I wish there had been more recent research as much of what's sited was done many years ago. It doesn't change the fact it was done and shown to have very positive results. Some of the book can be a bit repetitive but otherwise well worth reading.

POWERFUL! This book should be required reading for medical students before it's too late, that is, before they become indoctrinated in the "BigFarma-Medico way is best" narrative. I had one nephrologist say to me "Trust the EXPERTS" when I told him about 5,000 years of "live, clinical trials" with no reports of problems, as happens with most allopathic "solutions". (Who are the real Experts? The ones who produce the highest quality of healing and restoration to good health.) The biggest problem with UT ever becoming normal, and becoming the "go to" remedy for our physical and emotional issues, is the fact that "The Doctors" don't approve, (or the "Medical Associations" more accurately). Look at how UT is accepted in some other countries, especially in S.E. Asia and the Middle East. In most of these countries people don't wrinkle their noses at the idea. But the more "westernized/modernized /civilized" the country becomes, the more one gets the "wrinkle nose" reaction. To be "modern" to some people means to automatically dismiss what has worked flawlessly for over 5,000 years. Many so-called 3rd World people who migrate to "The West" reflexively reject anything that isn't "Western", like UT., even though it may have been spoken of more openly in their homeland, like India. But this is going to change as more "Easterners" come to the "West". Thru the natural process of "Cultural Osmosis", the normalcy of the idea as a first remedy for every health issue, plus personal reports from the general population, will make more and more people feel more comfortable talking about it and even trying UT. In the meantime, be careful who you speak to about it. One person who was always "happy to see me", now hides from me! I actually have a genuine good laugh when that happens. This is what I say if I ever feel the "Yuk Factor" surfacing in me: "I love drinking my own God-Made Holy Healing Water because I know how good it is for me". Seems to take the edge off. If youre not squeamish then this book could be a game changer.

I have learn a lot from this book. It's a good way to start learning about urine therapy. I like the fact that she collected all the research that been done on the subject. Very informative and very inspiring

Pages 209 to 231 were not printed for book - these covered last part of Appendix A, the whole of Appendices B and C, and Index. This is the second time. I requested a replacement book and still received an incomplete book. Also I cannot find a way on Amazon to return and replace the defective replacement book. Disappointing and annoying.
