Works for me!
Let me start with saying that I am not a big believer in supplements. But my gout was becoming more frequent and painful. My wife got this for me and I have been taking it regularly for quite some time now. Since starting it I have only had a few break through gout attacks and those are typically because I ate a trigger food/beverage that I know I shouldn't have.

Worked for my husband. Recently my husband has had persistent gout attacks for over two months. Driving him to get cortisone shots in both feet. One shot was effective for a few week and the other foot the shot did not work. So we did two things purchase Uricel and a uric acid monitor. Firstly, Uricel does work. It not only stops the pain but it lowers the uric acid levels. Caution though most gout attacks are brought on by what you have eaten so if you want the Uricel to be effective you have to stop eating your triggers. My husband has indicated that Uicel stops the pain, Uricel is most effective if you use it when you feel the pain starting. Also in my husband’s case Uricel did lower his uric acid levels 3 – 4 points. Yes, you still need to flush your body by drinking lots of water and cease eating the things that brought on the gout.

Uricel is great for managing uric acid build up from foods with moderate purine content.
I'm sort of new to understanding what gout really is, but I've been having symptoms of it for 15 years. As the condition advances there may be more foods you will have to either exclude from your diet or at least consume moderately. I have gout in my left knee and a big flare up would cause much damage. This occurred about a year ago and the only option I would consider was stem cell injection. This is very expensive and requires 3 to 4 months before the joint starts to feel better ie. some sort of cushion develops between the bones. So I'm very particular about what I eat. Purines are the main culprit here, but I'm not going to say they are the sole culprit. This product goes a long way to limit their effect. Lets say I eat some foods moderate in purine content like beans, oats, chicken or some types of fish. And I've eaten it over the course of a few days, so the uric acid levels build up inside the joint. There is a pressure that builds up in the joint...not a full blown attack, but pressure and maybe a slight pain. One milliliter of Uricel takes care of it in 20 to 30 minutes. Purines are present in lots of common everyday foods, not just rich foods high in cholesterol that most people associate with gout. So, you need to be mindful of this and use these types of products to manage it when it becomes a problem. Or you can use colchicine as prescribed by your doctor, but some doctors don't like to prescribe it because of the side effects. I have some, but have yet to use it. I prefer the holistic route and Uricel works for me so far. More often these days, I try to eliminate most foods containing moderate amounts of purine, so I don't use it every day. The chicken and fish is kind of hard cause your body does need protein and some fish have a higher purine content than moderate, so you want to avoid that altogether. I could go on, but that's enough. All the best, chris

Does it work? Who knows?
I’ve been dealing with gout flare ups off and on since around 2010 mostly from alcohol consumption. Mostly from beer consumption. First time it happened I did t know what the heck was happening. Thought I broke a bone somehow in my foot. The pain was horrible. 22 years later, I’ve tried sooo many different things things. Bought this during a flare up that was pretty bad. I’ve used it a month or so and the bottle is almost gone. Gout is so random and different for everyone that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the flare ups. You read online that applying cold will help swelling. I’ve done it and an hour later it was way worse. Then Read the next story and it says cold can make it worse in some people. I can see why King George went mad. 😅. I honestly have no idea if it’s working or not. I THINK it might be helping a tiny bit? What I do know works is not drinking…. But I like beer soooo. Prednisone definitely works but it must be prescribed and it’s a steroid and who wants to take that all the time. Not good for you but neither is lots of beers 😅. Another thing I am certain is helping is something they used to think was bad for gout but new studies released in 2022 have shown low fat milk actually stops the creation of uric acid. I started adding it to my diet. 1 decent size glass a day has really helped. If I over do it and drink beer and eat too much stuff I shouldn’t eat and a flare up starts coming on, stop drinking, drink TONS of water and add 3 big glasses of milk a day. No joke it has really helped me. If you can hork it down, blending an entire head of celery and frozen cherries with water helps a lot too. This stuffs just too expensive and doesn’t have a “WOW THAT REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE!” factor for me.

THIS STUFF IS GREAT, IT REALLY WORKS ! ! ! !
I had a major Gout flare up in my right foot. After a week of swelling and repeat flare ups that I couldn't get down with ice packs I had enough. I researched online at WebMD which sent me to Uricel which sent me to Amazon. I had it shipped overnight, the next day I took it as described. I took the 3 doses, a 1/4 teaspoon in water every 6 hours. Within 18 hours, less than a day, the swelling in my foot and my ankle which I couldn't even see and the redness and pain in my big toe and all of the pain were 85% gone. And that's no bull. By the next day the swelling and pain were 98% gone, I just felt a little pain still in my ankle. This is day four and it's gone. I also figured out what triggered my attack which was caffeinated Earl Grey black tea. I used to drink it at work to give me a jolt, I had a few Gout flare ups during that time and never made the correlation. Now retired I stopped drinking that stuff and all caffeinated teas and I stopped drinking coffee 20 years ago. So for a full year I drank all the beer and ate all the red meat and everything that they recommend that you stay away from and my body had no problem getting rid of the Uric Acid. I went back to drinking 3 cups of Earl Grey tea a day and after 2 weeks I had a major Gout flare up. There's no doubt that that's the trigger. I'm not saying that Earl Grey or any other black tea is bad for you, I'm just saying to watch your diet and find out what you normally don't eat or drink that you took prior to your flare up. I always had a problem with coffee, black tea and caffeine but herbal tea is great. So the bottom line is that this stuff is fantastic and if it doesn't knock it out within 2 to 4 days then you should go see a doc, you might have something more severe going on.

Expensive Snake Oil
Did NOT WORK for me. I had high hopes due to all the five star reviews and claims that pain went away immediately, but after examining those reviews I see that many of them are not even verified purchasers! Buyers beware when this is the case. I read their claims and was convinced (or desperate) this would help relieve my terrible gout attack. I realize that "results may vary" but it turned out to be a waste of $48 for me - what an expensive snake oil. I bought it because my gout pain was so bad I could not walk or put any sort of pressure on my left foot. I had already visited Urgent Care - they prescribed Indomethacin and administered a steroid injection. The Indomethacin ended up causing severe headaches and high blood pressure so had to end that. I finally got an appointment with primary care doc and he prescribed Allopurinol and one more shot of steroid, followed up by a pack of Methylprednisolone. This helped a lot finally - the pain was numbed but the swelling did not subside. After the Methylprednisolone pack was done the pain came back with a vengeance and I was desperate for a solution! That's when I saw the Uricel ads. I read and hoped, then late one night as my foot was throbbing and I could not get any rest, I went and ordered via Amazon app. The great thing was that it arrived same day so I was excited. I followed directions and took prescribed dose daily until the bottle ran out. There was absolutely no relief from pain. I was very disappointed because I bought into the ads and the unverified purchaser reviews. I came back once more to my doctor and he added Colchicine to my treatment, which I've been taking for two days. I'm also still taking Allopurinol daily 300mg. Finally I see some swelling go down, and every dose seems to help. I can walk (slowly) again with a slight limp. I just have to rehab my left calve since it seemed to atrophy. So in short, what truly helped in the end was Colchicine and Allopurinol combined. Science prevails. All this time, I've also been eating healthy and following gout dietary guidelines from Mayo Clinic. Drink lots and lots of water. I hope this helps somebody.

If you or someone you know suffers from gout, TRY THIS! It's working wonderfully for my husband!
This product has been a miracle worker for my husband, who has suffered from gout for many years. Taking the prescription meds always makes him feel sick, and foggy, and horrible; plus they come with a host of scary side effects, which we hated. This year his gout was flaring up for the first 3 months of the year, every day, much worse than usual for him. The ONLY thing that got him back on his feet and painfree was trying this product. We didn't expect it to work, honestly; but he did take two doses faithfully every day. By the 3rd or 4th day, his gout pain was almost gone, and he was able to walk much easier. Now it's been a couple of months, and he is still taking two doses a day, one in the morning, and one at night. We ended up buying two more bottles of it since it seemed to be working so well. And then, this wonderful vendor sent us a FREE bottle. Well, that clinched it for us, this is going to be a lifetime product for my husband, if they don't find a cure for gout. Just having him be able to get off the prescription pills has made him SO happy. Any day that he feels a twinge of pain coming on when he wakes up, we make sure he takes the full 3 doses that day, and by the next, that pain is gone. Two doses seems fine for maintenance, though; when he is not actively flaring up. I would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from gout like my poor husband does. It's so nice to have him back to his old, pain-free self! THANK YOU! Please don't EVER stop making this product!
