Very impressive.
When my first order arrived, I couldn’t use the laptop because it had been programmed for as a company computer. The reseller promptly took it back, returned the purchase price to my cc and gave me $100 gift card that I used for the correct laptop purchase. The reseller was great!!! Very Helpful. Love the Lenovo. By far the lightest in weight I have ever owned. I wanted a touch screen and this one answered my needs. Great laptop, pad.

Not in manufacturers package
Product did not come in Lenovo packaging as noted. Product seemed like a refurb. Windows features were not available. Computer had different specs than machine ordered. I'm returning this and ordering directly from Lenovo.

Good Laptop Questionable Seller
Great laptop however this "refurbished" laptop arrived with a defective stylus the saving grace being that the laptop has 2 years of preferred service remaining and I was able to receive a replacement the next day however your milage may vary...

The ultimate 2-in-1 LapTop
I truly love this laptop! Lightweight yet substantial, not flimsy at all. Very responsive as a laptop with a touchscreen AND as a tablet. The onboard stylus is awesome - always there when I need it! Stereo speakers deliver wonderful sound quality and the display is crisp. The backlit keyboard is very nice and I love the built in privacy shutter for the webcam! Hands down the best laptop I have ever owned!

Motherboard died after a little over a year!!!
Absolutely awful experience. Motherboard died after a little over a year. Lenovo quoted 1,800 to fix it, so obviously tossing away. Wondering if it was real/new?

Good ports, could use improvement
CONS: -Ordered AR/AS anti-reflective/anti-smudge but received glossy screen -Older Intel UHD graphics -Slow, inaccurate fingerprint reader compared to C940 -Had to swap Fn,Ctrl keys in settings -Screen is flimsy when using touch screen (bounces back) -Screen takes 2 hands to open -Had no use for the red trackpoint and top mouse-pad buttons -Can't turn off that red LED dot on the i of the thinkpad logo on cover. -Noticeable fan noise -Buggy egpu support. Kept freezing, blue screen. Did not work with Razer Core X as it instantly disconnects then eventually locks up, requiring a power cycle. -Some bloatware -No discrete GPU option to take advantage of the HDMI port -Keyboard: Easy to type on, but hard to game on (the key spacing is not standard). PROS: -Excellent battery life. No battery anxiety here. -Nice selection of ports. HDMI and multiple USB-A/C, yay! -Garaged pen -Light weight

Overall, a powerful and easy-to-use business laptop that you'll enjoy using. But, it's not perfect. PROS: Responsive, high build quality, outstanding keyboard, good screen, excellent audio for a small laptop (front and bottom speakers), sturdy, webcam cover is handy (but is also a con - see below), light weight - easy to carry, professional look, good battery life (but not excellent), easy to use, touch screen, pen is built into the side (you won't lose it), HDMI port, has 2 USB ports, USB C charging is fast, backlit keyboard option (Fn + spacebar). CONS: Glossy screen shows your reflection (depending on lighting), vent is on the right side (near your hand if you're right-handed), very small power switch on the side of the machine, extremely small webcam cover that is hard to see and move, customized ethernet port (forces you to buy Lenovo adaptor - it's not provided), memory cannot be upgraded (soldered in), tablet mode can be awkward with keys face down on surface, dark grey finish looks good but easily shows dust, some bloatware installed, backlighting is not automatic when room light is dim.
