I use this on my flat-top Blackstone grill and this is one of my essential tools for success. If you've ever cooked on a flat-top, you know it can get hectic if you have several things going at once, and timing is everything. I like to make fried rice on the griddle as well as diced potatoes, hash browns, and vegetables of all sorts - basically things in large quantities that are cooked all spread out. This is the perfect thing to get those things off the grill in a hurry. Spatulas are great for turning the food, but If I had to use them to remove it, it would take three times as long and food would spill. With this tool, one or two deft scoops and it's all done. It holds a large amount and is very sturdy. This is the right tool for the job.

When you're making teppanyaki or hibachi meals, this is a go-to tool to scoop up the greatness! It's big enough in size to handle the load of rice and vegetables I usually grill for 4. It cleans up well also.

This pretty much does it all except pancakes. I use it for burgers, dogs, chicken, and of course veggies. Not having pieces fall off is a game changer. If you have a blackstone or griddle of any type you need this.

Works great for scooping stuff like peppers and onions or rice off the griddle. High quality build. I wish it was squared off in the front instead of beveled like it is, but it still works great.
