Works awesome so far
Boy I wish there were more options in 1/4 turn ball valves for washing machine hookups, I had trouble finding these. And I wish they came with red and blue handles! But these went on great, no leaks that I can tell, easy quarter-turn on/off, easy to see from a distance whether I remembered to shut them off. Just what I wanted. Now more of same please!

Much better than conventional valves
Can't say enough about 1/4 turn ball valves. Much better than conventional globe valves. Much less likely freeze up and quicker to turn on and off.

Seem sturdy
These valves seem sturdy and move nicely. Stop/start the washing machine water flow great and look nice. Now if they don't bind up in 5+ years I will really be 5 star happy.

Not easy to find
After replacing every valve in the house, these are the last valves to change out. I'm a big fan of ball valves their easy to use, well made, and nice finish. I choose well. . . .

Good design, which provides for easy replacements.
These quarter turn shutoff valves last only a few years before municipal water manages to prevent complete shut off. Fortunately, in most cases, replacement is somewhat simplified by the design of the shutoff valve.

Not enough material, fitting cracked while clocking into position.
Cheap fitting with not enough material over the threads. The fitting cracked while clocking into position. I've been making up fittings my entire life so no, I did not over tighten it. An extra nickel or two of material and this could be a good item; but unfortunately, it's too cheap.
