This one is so good. I had cold and probably allergies for over a month, sinus too, so painful and so sickening. After first use I felt relief. Same is with my 2 years old. I take 3-4 pills and he takes 1. Easy to swallow. I will be taking it regularly. I don’t have any sign of cold since I take it. I just by chance heard of oregano oil benefits on YouTube. I’m so grateful.

I found this as a good alternative to Antibiotic Rifamaxin if you are suffering from SIBO. I started taking two per day (150 mg * 2) but within 3 days, I switched to 1 per day (150mg * 1). Again, the dosage is something you should confirm with your doctor and it might take a few days to adjust. Along with this, I do yoga, meditation and take boiled cooled water which seems to be working well for my SIBO condition.

I took it for my UTI problem. It's a costly product and worked to some extent for my UTI.
