Not exactly sure. But very few. Better to pick up a Gulab Jamun mix and prepare easily yourselves at home. It's 5X better than buying this. Total can is filled with Sugar syrup and very few Jamun's. Soan Papidi is good though from Haldiram's.

For how many days it can be stored without opening and without a fridge?

Without opening it has almost 9 to 10 months shelf life without refrigeration.
