KOLSCH II OMEGA OYL044 LIQUID BEER YEAST (Ships with Cold Pack) OYL-044

I was surprised when I used this yeast for a klosch style beer. It was slow starting but when it did it start it fermented in about a day and half. Seller was super helpful.

I normally only use dry yeast, but needed this for a Kolsch I wanted to try. Made a 20 hour starter and was a little worried after I pitched this and didn’t see any activity for the first 30 hours. After that, this yeast really kicked in gear and produced the results I was hoping for. My batch turned out great and I would not hesitate to use again.
