Love this, it took a few weeks of course but I can definitely feel a different in my anxiety. My anxiety it debilitating and I am able to function almost completely normally while on this with just a little assistance of essential oils on high high stress occasions. Edit. I would like to add that although this product did help me it did reduce my breastmilk supply and I had to stop taking it. I know it isnt supposed to do this from the research I've done but for me it did.. once I stopped a few days later it went back to normal and I was able to single out this as the culprit. So something to keep in mind if your breastfeeding

My medical doctor (M.D.) who has 20-some years of integrative medicine practice recommended I take this for my adrenal "fatigue" and hypothyroidism (both conditions have to be treated at the same time). I am glad I gave this a try! My husband was the first to notice a difference after I started taking this (2 capsules daily), about 3 weeks into taking it. He commented on how I seemed to have more "energy," and seemed more lively. It took me a bit of figuring out what I had changed that would bring about such change (I spent 3 months dying in 2015 due to inflammation of my airways that were not responding to nebulizer treatment). I was surprised to make the connection, because I wasn't expecting there to be much of a difference. For me, this supplement has made such a huge difference that I am able to start tapering off the steroid (hydrocortisone) that has kept me alive for about 2 years straight!
