I love how this bag, It looks strong, The capacity is okay, it holds my purse, umbrella tablet and q few other small things, I can't say how durable it is yet, I have been using it since this Monday,

This is a beautiful bag that is well constructed. Most products today are mass produced and poorly constructed. Not this bag! You can tell it was constructed by someone who pays attention to details. Sadly, I had to return it because it was too small for my husband. He is 6'1 and 220 lbs. He was disappointed to return it.

Wow, all the negative reviews about the smell and cheaply made – not true at all. Smells like you would expect leather to smell and the quality is what I would expect for a bag 10 times the price. I think if I don't stuff it too full it will fit perfectly within the perimeters of airplane under the seat carry-on. Fabulous!

For the price I got it & after a few modifications this goat skin, leather bag appears to function well. Only time will tell how long the bag will actually weather but as with all leather products longevity is going to be in relation to not only what in this case , appears to be quality work but care & conditioning. Issues - why & again it echos in my head as I draft this review, ¿WHY? Did the people at Parry’s (who I assume, designed & manufacted the backpacks) decide to add a snap/ clip under what would have been a more secured closure of a buckle strap? The one I received was already falling apart as you can see in the picture the fastener is missing one of the tiny screws on the back side.. which surely would speed the failure of this added clip. I realize this might be added for speedy use/ convenience, yet, there is nothing worse than being in a hurry & not being able to secure your belongs. Fortunately, there is as you can see👀 plenty of extra center leather strap. So, although the strap will not fit through the other buckle on the lower pocket I was able to create another loop & teather that to properly secure the main pocket. Speaking of the main pocket for anyone curious as I was. The inside is unlined & corse with two tiny pockets. One card size the other zipper pocket slightly larger. Using part of an older laptop bag as well as some cloth covered foam to pad the bottom I was able to add protection without wasting much space. The bag was shipped in an air sealed bag, & beyond the burst of aroma that came with it the leather its self appeared t o be quit dry. & in need of oil or balm to allow it to not crack but stretch & flex. & the pull tie cord creates the need for endless slip knots or a bollo tie pull.- the Straps themselves have rivers connecting to the bag which overtime will weaken even without excessive weight straining them. So some reenforcements will need to properly be fitted if anyone plans to use this bag for a long period of time. But even with the need for the modifications I did for the overall use the durability of the seams & construction of the bag feels sold & fits laptop , tablet as well as, several other tools, devices , connectors, do dads & thing a madiggers.. plus a pants 3 shirts socks briefs & 2 shirts. Even the 17” bag has plenty of room.. In closing, as you can see , 👀for my needs & with my urgent need to get to a gig, causing my quick fix /minor alterations this basckpack now feels like an old pal ready to join me on the road for many an adventure to come.. I would recommend that anyone buying this bag be prepared to add a little time to properly treat, condition the leather & not over fill.. besides that & the silly clip it seems 👍🏻 great! In summery for anyone who bothered to read this - For the price I got ut for under 50 bucks with a little work Work /effort -(fixing a clasp , creating a laptop pocket making the big more user friendly& safer to transport electronics & move in & out of airports & security , as well as cleaning & properly conditioning the leather.-)- This backpack appears to be a V great value & with care should last a long time, potentially years. The size matches the needs I have for its use & overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. All of this written from a person that normally does not review much but inspired to draft this overly detailed review to not only help anyone who like I wondered about inside but also those who like me can could not see the cheap snap clip that needed immediate replacement & might not want to be forced to do so within a days time of receiving this “mostly good” backpack.

I must say, I’ve been on a search for brown leather bags for a month, returned over 4 bags to Amazon because it was so hard to find one that was durable and stylish and just the right size! This bag is the real deal! It is excellent quality and the finish is superb! Not to mention the beautiful letter that was inside the bag from the seller, it warmed my heart! The complimentary wallet given was icing on top of the cake! This company will go places because their product is top notch! Please support them, I don’t know them but I feel like going on a campaign to help grow their business! Thank you seller for this amazing bag, and my free wallet!

Leather is good quality but it has been less than a year and the grommets are coming loose and popping out. The buckles and closures are not wanting to function for the pockets and the opening. I do not overload this bag as I am using it a tote for my wallet & daily personal items (glasses, ibuprofen, etc etc) and my water bottle.

I paid almost 50% of the cost of the item extra, for quick shipping and it still arrived beyond the scheduled date. The leather is stained black from the metal hasps which are sticky and rusty. The leather is about 4 different colors from dark brown to light tan, The stitching is very poor. The leather itself is as stiff as a board and even after several leather treatments it was, is and always will be garbage. The zipper on the inner pocket is broken. The rivets were originally silver but had been painted, that's right painted gold and the paint was coming off and smeared on the leather. The leather string used to close the top was actually rotten and pulled apart the first time I tried to secure it. Honestly, a 3rd grader at a Summer camp leather craft class could have produced a better product. The best one word description I can come up with for this product is NASTY. Amazon shouldn't do business with companies like this. I will add pictures to this review as son as I return from vacation.

My wife and I each purchased one. She ordered the smaller size and I ordered a larger size. The quality, color and look are amazing!!! The price was fantastic!!. I would recommend this product.
