I prefer these large quantities (250) and put 3-5 under my tongue to help ease pain, whether back pain, muscle cramping, or other -- which also helps me rest better at night. I use 6x dilution because I am not sold on the homeopathic dogma that diluting it 30x is more effective. 30x makes no sense to my less-processed-is-better mentality. Anyway: It helps me, and I am happy. I also like the small easy-to-carry package.

I’ve had my tonsils removed and liposuction this year. I took these pills a couple days before my surgery. It definitely helps with the recovery. As for the Lipo, it certainly helped with the swelling and bruising. Even my plastic surgeon was surprised that I had very minimal bruising got my first postop. I like to buy the 500 tablets which are of course the best deal, but no one had them for sale. Arnica really really works for any type of injury. They heal big bruises fast, sprains and strains and simple back strains. Take them under the tongue 4-5 and they taste good and just melt away. I used Arnica for 30 years for these things and was shocked when I first tried them - they worked !

I have had 4 surgeries on my low back, due to an ‘auto Vs Semi-Truck’ accident, and am prescribed some pain killers… I take what I’m supposed to take, and sometimes they don’t work as well as my activity levels demand, nor the resorting pain level.. Was recommended to me by someone at work. I had oral surgery 5 days ago. My oral surgeon told me that due to my red head completion and fair skin to expect to have lots of swelling and bruising.
