These raw vegan recipes are awesome!
I have not progressed to raw vegan yet, but there are lots of recipes I would love to try. This book offers good information and explains things well. I would like to slowly start integrating these recipes into my diet. I have not been a very good eater in my life and would love to get more healthy and lose weight. I think this book is an excellent place to start, but also great recipes for advanced raw vegan eaters! Make sure to pick this book up!!

Good Kindle Book of Vegan Recipes
The passion that this author has for helping people eat healthier is clearly expressed in the introduction of this Kindle book of Vegan Recipes. Kevin really knows about nutrition and delivers excellent recipes in this book. This book is very well written. You won't be wasting your time sifting through a lot of senseless ramblings in this book. Inside, you will find condensed, valuable information on how to eat healthier through eating these 120 vegan recipes. This book is well worth the little it costs.

Raw Vegan Recipes And A Shopping List
Kevin Kerr did an amazing job with the recipes in this book. The creative name along with tasty raw ingredients blew my mind. I tried the Warning and Turnt Up Tang and both were great the next one for me to try will be the 3 Musketeers. At the end of the book Kevin lists every ingredient that is needed for every recipe inside of this book, authors seldom do this, but if you want to try every recipe he has pre-made the shopping list.

If you want to go the raw food way, this is a good start. Good information about what a body needs in terms of nutrition, with the added bonus of tasty and nutritious recipes.

Helpful and well written.
I've been meaning to go raw vegan for a while now as I am a big believer in it's health benefits and truly believe it to be the optimum human diet. I was thinking 4 days a week (Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri) as a starter because there's no way I could go full on straight away. My 2 main concerns were what nutrients would I be missing from an all raw vegan diet and what are some great tasting recipes I could make so I'm not just munching on the same veg everyday. This book was able to provide me with answers for both.
