Rear Projector Film Adhesive Holographic Projection Film for Home Cinema and Office Presentation, Clear with a Little Grey, 8.3"x11.7"

It was a little difficult to get it applied but that's not the manufactures fault. The picture quality is fantastic compared to plain material (paper) that I was using to set up the prop I was building. When the film was added everything came to life, my vintage TV looks 100% convincing.

I purchased the film for the window of my business to gain more customers. I am so glad I did, it was one of the best moves I made. Your product is high in quality and made the images perfect for viewing at night. I have provided a video to show it’s quality. You can only see the images at night. My projector is 3000 lumens.

I was looking for a film to project video, this film doesn’t work the way this company is advertising. Maybe a bad batch? They need to correct this issue if they want to continue selling, I Think!

The reflective part of this is mostly if not entirely contained in the adhesive and it is too sticky to be applied to a surface well. You certainly can't remove it to reapply without causing damage to the film. That said, the reflective quality is good and the transparent quality is good. I destroyed one in the process so I just left it with the backing and taped it on my surface. Much better, smoother, and removable result. My advice is to use it as is. Don't take the backing off to stick it to anything.

Searched and searched and finally found the right size for a restoration project of a motion picture editor. The material is easy to cut and worked producing a sharp image for the projected image.

I purchased this because I was attempting to build a low profile computer monitor utilizing a simple picture frame and hidden tiny projector. It worked... kind of. First off, and this is my biggest issue, for some reason I can only purchase "samples" of this film in the A4 size. I would think that this is impractical for, well, everyone, since it's only the size of a standard sheet of paper. I had to purchase 3 sheets just cobble together my 24x19 display. I'm glad I wasn't doing a full storefront window display. Secondly, the ability to pick up photons from a projected light source isnt bad, but it def works best in a very dark environment. To avoid a searing, reflected light burning a hole into your retinas, get an ultra short throw projector. I am still seeing spots after taking those example pictures. I have include lights on and off shots, and from both sides of the display. Hopefully this helps show the differences. Overall, this holographic film isnt bad. I recommend with a shrug and an "eh, you could do worse." Unfortunately this is also the only option until true 3d holographic projectors become a thing.

I ordered the samples but really impressed now plan to do a free standing back projection holographic screen I’m my house
