Puritans Pride Uc-ii 40 mg Undenatured Type II Collagen, 30 Count

I have problems on my knees. When you wake up, you hear the friction from your joints. After a while I noticed that the issue has eased. No more freaking sound.

It works like the other UC-II that I gave a review for. Seems to help but who knows what is really helping.

I took this after hearing a recommendation for UC II from a video posted by Dr. Eric Berg. He recommended the collagen sourced from chickens. I don't even notice any pain in my knees anymore. They used to hurt all the time. Now, I just enjoy feeling normal again.

Counted the pills cuz I thought it really didn't look like thirty, and it was closer than I thought. It was 29. Due to my previous brand of uc-II being discontinued I started this on subscription so we'll see how the next one is.

Did not notice any improvement in joint pain/mobility after taking this product.
