I have been ordering this product, gymnema sylvestre, for four months. This most recent bottle came with multiple broken. They are still usable, but they won't fit in my pill container as well all broken up. Otherwise very pleased with the quality and ingredients.

after taking it, the effects don’t start working till about thirty minutes to forty five minutes.I will say they do alter the taste of sugar to make you not want to eat it however, it passes after 30 minutes and you’re right back to square one. I take mine before I eat, so I don’t crave sweets afterwards because that’s when I tend to crave sweets. I wish it worked faster so that way when a craving hit, I could take it and it would work. If I take it and eat something sweet before the 30 to 45 minute window it does not alter the taste and I will devour my sweets. If I wait 30 to 45 minute window and then taste my sweets I can’t taste anything at all, which makes me not want to eat it therefore making it work wonderfully at that time.
