This is based on one day’s usage, so may be updated. When you first activate, the default screen shows a location in New Jersey. I called Tech Support and the message told me it was after hours, so I opened a chat. The support person was very helpful and I got the tracker up and running in minutes. This morning, the Tech Support Lomé called me back- not because I left a message (I hadn’t), but because they saw a hang up from my number (which is registered with them so they could see I’m a customer). Now THAT is great customer service! The magnetic box has been installed and the signal is coming through great. Day 1 earns an easy 5 Stars!

A waste of money. This thing is so bulky and poorly designed. Once you put the designated tracker in the case, it is so tight trying to stuff all of the wires in the case that eventually the wires will get snagged or broken. I don’t know where the claims of six months comes from. I fully charged the battery pack for fifteen hours with the green light indicating charged and installed in car. In slightly over a day the charge had dropped to 83% and I have the SLOWEST refresh plan so it should not have dropped more that 1%, if that much. At this rate it will not last more than a week or 10 days. You have to attach the huge battery case with these hooks to the case adding weight and another place for the plastic case to break instead of having them permanently attached to the bottom at the factory. Really disappointed with this product from a manufacturer I really like. They need to go back to the drawing board.

Like the idea of extended battery life. Case is a little more then twice as big as the regular case. Can be a little difficult to find a space to hide it. I have been utilizing this and so far the battery life is still at 100% after several days of use. Must have for extended tracking use. Old battery had to be changed every two weeks. Update battery has been installed for a little more then a month. Did not lastcas long as I hoped. At 24% battery life.

The locater is accurate as long as you can get a signal. I had a hard time connecting when anything obscured line of sight, but my main problem was it falling off driving down the road. I had it secured with the magnets to a steel frame on a trailer. I was lucky and found it that time. The next time I used it I mounted it in a different location making sure it had complete contact, on a flat surface on the trailer. It lasted about 20 miles that time till it disappeared, couldn't find it that time

I use this to track my new driver. Even with notices we still needed to charge it weekly. With this extender, we have gone 3 months without a charge and its still at 68%. Loving it. The box is much larger but that's to be expected. The battery is strong to attach under the car, but I prefer under the car seat which makes for a tight fit.

So far, so good. It does seem to extend the battery life. However, I’m not sure it will be six months. One thing to be aware of is this is significantly larger and heavier than the original case. I’m concerned the magnet is not strong enough and the size makes it easy to spot. Not having to charge the device every 5-7 days will be worth it if the battery will last for 6 months.

The thing I hated the most was climbing under the car every other week. I HIGHLY recommend this, I fill such a sense of piece knowing I don't have to worry for 6 months about the battery dying,

This product not only did not work, it destroyed my tracking device due to it ruining the charging connection of my tracker.I sent the battery pac back and was refunded for that, but am left with a ruined tracker which I just paid a years worth of services for. I have not been able to get refunded the moneys I am out for attempting to try this product. For me it was too high of a price to pay for a product that does not work. Save your money and grief.
