Strong Wooden Meditation Bench, Also Used for Tea Ceremony, Seiza,Yoga, Praying and Healthier Sitting

The bench is very sturdy and comfortable but a bit pricey. Although it has helped a lot with my posture and flow of chi.

Though I do like the Valiai Strong Wooden Meditation Bench, it is low off the ground so my legs cannot really fit beneath it properly, and I have to arrange it midway along my upper legs. (The photograph illustrating the Bench is more an ideal fit between body and bench than my body fits with the Bench.) It also is rather pricey for its construction is formed plywood, which is strong and good-looking but still, it is plywood. Perhaps I will get used to it more the more I use it, for I intend to ignore the pain and just get down to meditating.

Not the cheapest but really comfortable which makes up for the extra cash. It's really cool

Love the shape and size, but kind of sad that it's made of weird cheap particle board with fake wood look on the outside.

Initially pleased for what it is. Used 2-4x/month for roughly 10-15 minutes at a time. I’m 6’3” and 175lbs. Noticed a leaning to one side feeling over time and here is the outcome. About 2 years use. Get what you pay for, it’s a good starter if you wanna try this position but not for any serious use in my experience.

It came apart and I’m unable to use it anymore. Disappointed!

Expensive for what it is, poorly packed by Amazon (I notice that the same seller is on Etsy where they're complimented on their careful packing. My main problem was how low it was, meaning your heels bang on the bottom.
