Q: How many ounces does it take to make a 16 oz cup

It all depends on the application. For me I worked in 5 oz batches of paint. A 5 oz batch clear paint will consist of 􀁳􀀀􀀀 3 parts USC01 Klear 1 part KU152 Catalyst 1 part RU 311 Medium reducer Then, I would add in no more than 1/2 once of Kandy Koncentrate. I was painting a guitar, not a car, so I didn't need that level of intensity. So for 16 oz of clear paint I guess I would use 1 once and a half of Kandy Koncentrate. What are you painting? This Kandy Koncentrate is very intense so a little goes a long way. If you want pictures I can send them to you.

In my case I mixed a House Of Kolor Clear Coat USC01 with a House of Kolor Reducer RU311 with a House Of Kolor Catalyst KU152. I added a little House Of Kolor KK07 Kandy Koncentrate. I sprayed it over a wooden guitar body that I had already stained in amber and sprayed over a clear primer. Step one: Stain Guitar the let it dry Step two: Primer guitar with a clear primer then let it dry (days) Step three: Spray the mixture I mentioned above (with the KK07) on the edges and, back and neck of the guitar. Let it dry (1 day) Step four: Spray the clear coat (with no KK07) all over the guitar. Let it dry 2 weeks. What are you painting? Feel free to ask any more questions.

Q: Do I spray black paint under Eliezer then the root beer

I'm not sure of your question. I don't know what Eliezer is. See, I was painting a burst on a guitar, that is a transparent paint operation. You have to be able to see through the paint to see the wood grain. In my case painting over a black primer wouldn't work. I used a clear polyester printer over the wood. I then mixed Root Beer Kandy in some clear top coat and sprayed the guitar. After that process I sprayed plain clear top coat with no tint or Kandy to cover the whole guitar.
