This Purple Leaf 10 ft umbrella is AMAZING!! We were blown away when we opened it!! Huge, covers our patio, blocks the sun from every angle. Well made, sturdy, color exactly as pictured Easy to open, easy to close, easy to move from side to side. Open it all the way or to suit your need. Can you tell I absolutely love it ? We looked at the one they install for thousands, no need to spend that money. This one is much better easier cheaper.

In a nutshell - the umbrella is great. So glad we got it. We live on the Columbia River facing south/southwest across from a wildlife refuge, so we need some shade but I didn't want anything that would permanently block the view. Also, we're near the mouth of the famously windy Columbia Gorge, so any umbrella would have to be extra stable, even when closed (I've lost several tall, heavy potted plants). This umbrella hit every mark. 1. As you can see from the photos, when the umbrella is closed, it's out of view. 2. I can sit outside now and find shade any time of day by changing the angle of the umbrella. 3. My engineer husband laughed at me when I said we ought to move it to the side of the house to be safe when the big winds come. He said that the umbrella is going nowhere when closed. We had some 15 mph gusts the other day when I was sitting outside, and there was some minor movement at the top, but nothing to be concerned about. Assembly and operation: My son put it together on his own, pretty intuitively; however, he's 6'5". If you don't have the height, It would be pretty difficult without two people. Now that it's assembled, it's very easy for me to put up and down and change the angle. We got the moveable base because I wanted to be able to adjust the location to shade the table or the seating area. However, we filled it to the max with sand and water for maximum stability, so it's big and it's HEAVY. My son and husband can move it. I (a fit 135 lb, 5'5" woman) cannot. Customer service suggested we take some of the sand out and put a couple of sandbags on top instead. We'll do that before next season.

I bought the Purple Leaf 10x12 beige patio umbrella for my backyard, and I absolutely love it! It’s big, elegant, and instantly makes the whole patio feel like a resort. When it’s open, it looks stunning — very sturdy and high-end. Customer service from Purple Leaf has been great too. Tears always responded to my questions in a timely manner, professional, and genuinely want to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This umbrella has completely changed the look and comfort of my outdoor space — it’s worth every penny!

Apologies for the length of this review. This is my second Purple Leaf Umbrella (10ft square Patio Cantilever Windproof Offset and Heavy Duty). The first is still in service (different size and model).It arrived in a very timely fashion and there was no damage in transport. Setup was straightforward and I only needed my wifes help for about 5 minutes to align and lift the main structural support and canopy. The design is very good and the manufacturing of that design is solid and precise. I also got the PURPLE LEAF Offset Patio Umbrella Base with Wheels, Sand/Water Filled Square for the added weight/stability and mobility. I filled the base with 200 lbs of sand and had two additional external sandbags filled with an additional 40lb each. The base itself is about 65lbs. For a total of 345 lbs. The rest of the story….. on the second day it was deployed, dead calm, I was working in its shade…. 6 feet away from the base. A slight puff of wind and I turned to check on it. Perfectly stable. Turn back to my tasks and a second larger “puff” (I guestimate not more than 15-20 mph - welcome to the mountains ) and by the time I turned around to check, it had blown over and landed on the deck handrails. The damage to the umbrella was two 6 inch tears in two panels. To be fair, this is a second level of a two level deck structure and it is not as protected from winds and the 1 first level, however, I have not had a problem like this in the past. Contacted customer service ([email protected]) and had my initial reply within 24 hours. Alex was my contact from start to finish. He asked for more details and a couple of pictures. The next day he confirmed that they would replace fabric and it would be sent immediately. From first contact till the new fabric arrived was one week. Recommended actions were to fill the 4 base water tanks with an antifreeze/water mixture (3/7 ratio). This action alone would increase the base weight by 150lbs, bringing the entire base weight with the two extra sand bags to just shy of 500lbs. That should do it. Customer service was polite, responsive and straight forward. This was an excellent customer service experience. Thank you Alex

j'ai renvoyé le parasol mais j'ai toujours le pied acheté aussi par amazone prime et le retour n'est toujours pas programmé pour le pied

Attention ⚠️ ! Le parasol semble bien mais… il est livré sans aucun pied, pas de croix, rien pour le fixer… je ne peux donc pas l’utiliser. Je pe sais naïvement qu’il arriverait au moins avec une croix pour le faire tenir au sol. Comme j’ai 200 kg de base en béton, je pensais pouvoir l’utiliser mais sans croix c’est impossible. J’ai donc dû commander sur le site un pied pour 220€ en plus ! Tenez bien compte de cette information quand vous commanderez ce produit !!

My umbrella cover became torn and has now been replaced by Purple Leaf. Great replacement, much better quality and the service was excellent. I would recommend this company and its product. The umbrella is the only one you will buy.
