BCBGeneration Women's Balan Dress Sandal

These sandals are HUGE! I wear an 8 in boots and sneakers and some flats, but lately have been finding that many of my sandals and ballet flats fit better in a 7 1/2. I ordered a 7 1/2 in these, but could have easily gone with a 6 1/2 because they were that big. I have the BCBGeneration Cadette sandals in a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly, so I thought these would be fine in that size also...I couldn't have been more wrong! Also, the straps were very short, so you definitely can't get away with these if you have wider feet/ankles. I was able to get the strap secured (barely), but a friend who I was going to give my too-big pair to couldn't even come close to getting the straps secured. These are super cute, but definitely be prepared to return or exchange them due to the crazy sizing!

i ordered this hoe and received it within the expected time frame. The shoe is very cute but it was too big. I ordered my normal size 7.5. When I first took them out of the box, I thought there is no way this could be a 7.5. I tried the on and it was about an inch remaining from my heel to the end of the shoe. I am returning these and reordering a 7.

The shoes are at least a size bigger I wear a 8.5M - 9M depending on the quality and what type of shoe it. even when you look at the picture of the shoe it looks long. I listened to the other reviews and ordered a 8M I still have a little room which is ok. I don't like my toe right up to the edge of the shoe anyway. The shoe material is man made in china but it smells/looks like real leather. They are not cheap looking at all. the red is a little orangey not that true red like santa's suit. I will get them in different colors. I highly recommend.

Bought these for bridesmaids to use in a wedding. Everyone's were a size or a half size too large. We switched around sizes and endedp replacing some of the pairs, in the end we made it work. But be warned: these shoes run a size large! So if you normally wear a size 9, you should get 8.5 or 8.Nice shoes, just kind of a hassle!

Very happy that I read other reviews and ordered size 6.5 instead of a size 7 - would have been too big otherwise. Difficult to buy shoes online when you live in South Africa as returning/exchanging the product is not worth the while. Looking forward to wearing it when we go into our Summer season..

I am pretty disappointed with these shoes. I typically love BCBG shoes and sandals, however, these were poorly constructed, one shoe seemed to be an entirely different size than the other (and yes, I know that naturally, our feet tend to be different sizes), the sizing seemed to be off by at least one entire shoe size or more, making the sandal itself nearly unbearable. I tried to wear them for a little while to "break them in" and hopefully stretch the out a bit, but to no avail.Sadly, I won't ever wear these sandals, and it's money lost.

The shoe is really cute and the price is really good. I normally wear a 7 1/2. I ordered an 8 and the length fits great but the width isn't wide enough. It also hurts in the middle part of the foot where the straps meet.

In flat sandals like these I'm a 7, read some of the suggestions and order one size down, however they were still big, had to order again a 5.5. I liked the style but at least a little padding would've made a lot of difference.
