Easy on the gut compared to tablet form
This product really helps me as I have to take magnesium or all my muscles seize up. These have bit of oxide which is the worst form but it's mainly citrate which is fine. I have two these a day which has me covered as there is 200mg per unit. Stevia is a good option sweetener wise too.v good taste also. Price is do able too. Usually magnesium comes as big tablets that can cause inflammation in the gut as in my case. These are a much better option for me anyway

Pleasant way to keep my mineral levels up!
A tube of dissolvable tablets like berrocca etc. Pleasant orange flavour. I tend to pop one in a water bottle and sip it through the day. Tablets are slightly crumbly, so I made a mess the first time I broke one in half. Checked other reviews before picking this one. Delivered within a couple of days. Been using them daily since.

Finally a magnesium with natural sweeteners
I buy this all the time and I'm really happy that this brand doesn't use chemical sweeteners. Magnesium is so essential we drink this daily. Easy tasty way to supplement. Give it a go.

Does it help reduce fatigue?
I have tried to understand by taking this to see if I notice a difference. It is hard to tell but I have persevered and can’t report anything. I have decided to stick to multivitamins that is slightly easier to consume. The taste is ok and it is a good alternative to having dilute. But not sure if I would buy again.
