I had a current leak in my boat. I used this tool to trace the wiring to an AM/FM radio that was drawing 0.2 Amp.

Worked great to locate a broken ABS wire in a main chassis harness. Pic with green circle is where it showed an open, other Pic is the corroded wire. Great for $27!

Works as described. Found short on 02 sensor area and yet to have a look at the wire bundle. The tone on sensor is very audible. I am impressed so far.

My very first tracer, it's a workhorse. Not very easy to identify small breaks like the more expensive ones but I do still keep it as a back up to my power probe made one or my Klein. It does work, but it was my "if it's useful I'll buy the better one" kinda purchase, because obviously the better ones are much more expensive, great in a pinch though.
