Product like new, vendor awesome!
I have many Cisco phones and I really like them. Configuration with any VoIP provider is straight forward and easy. This reseller is awesome. Any issue I had was addressed within minutes. I was missing the kickstands and they 2-day shipped to me. One phone didn't properly reset to factory default, they replace it with one email. I would highly recommend this vendor and their refurbished products.
