Milenka Whole Grain Roasted Buckwheat Groats Gretchka (Grechka) | Authentic Russian, Gluten Free Kasha

So I found a recipe on Russian Beef and Buckwheat with tomato. It looked really good so I decided to try it out. This brand in particular seems to be of high quality. I believe that the they are toasted. The flavor is a nutty and when cooking has a semi floral smell but not in a bad way at all. The nitrite then profile was rather impressive compared to plain white rice. I am looking forward to making stuffed cabbage rolls and replacing the risk with this. I highly recommend trying this I dint think you’ll be disappointed.

This Kasha is very good tasting. We are using it in place of grains that have gluten.

We received an empty package, no buck weed inside, sad.

There are better ones out there.
