We used this for the first time last week over Thanksgiving. We were staying for two nights at our family's house, and we decided we were finally going to invest in proper travel bedding. I've bought air mattresses before, but it was always the same story: they either leak slowly, aren't comfortable, etc. After reading the other reviews of this mattress, I decided this was the one. And wow, we were not disappointed!The first night, I selected the "Medium" setting, then turned the dial to inflate. It inflated in a few minutes and automatically stopped when it was done. So easy.I was amazed that the mattress is so firm, even at the medium setting, it feels like a real mattress! My wife went to bed before me, and I barely moved the mattress at all when I got into bed later, which is unheard of with normal air mattresses that raise the other person up when you get into bed. I sometimes have upper back pain after sleeping on our normal bed at home, but my back felt fine after sleeping on this mattress those two nights.I will say the pillow top piece doesn't seem like it was made for this mattress. It fits over the top, but it doesn't stay over the edges. That would have been annoying, but we had a blanket on top of it, so it didn't move much. It would have come off the edges if we wouldn't have had the blanket there though.The bed deflates easily and automatically stops when it's fully deflated. After deflating, I found it best to flip each side toward the middle, then roll up the mattress starting on the end away from the controls. After rolling to the controls, I would turn the dial to "Deflate" to let the little bit of trapped air out, and the mattress is actually fairly compact when rolled up. It even has a little container for the cord next to the controls! They thought of everything!It's comfortable, easy to use, comes with a carrying bag, and we are just very pleased with it.
