Must have!
My husband tried to keep it (I purchased it for my classroom). Great little workout -great for incorporating into a sensory path, can be used while watching tv. Easy to store-super sturdy! Life the job-slip surface on top. Definitely use on carpet or a rug with socks, shoes or barefoot-very versatile!

Great Product!
Wow! This product is way more solid and well built than I expected. The size is great for standing on, and it's a perfect wobble for things like planks and push-ups to add some stability training.

Nice board but a little narrow
When I bought my UpLift desk, I got one of their rockerboards with it. To be honest I thought the whole idea was gimmick but I did find myself using it a lot at home when standing at my desk. It makes standing for long periods of time easier since you are using different muscles in order to balance. I liked it so much that I wanted one of those boards for when I returned to the office (we have standing desks there too). The UpLift version is kind of expensive so I found this one on Amazon. While this one is good, I do prefer the length on my UpLift version. Since it's wider, it's easier to stand and balance on. The Yes4All version has just enough space for my feet to stand at about shoulder width apart. Which is ok, but harder to get on and off of. I guess it's a better workout in terms of using balancing muscles though. Pros: 1) Nice grip on the top so you don't have to worry about slipping (though I worry about the sandpaper like top wearing away at shoes) 2) Works core and other balance muscles while at the desk 3) Build seems solid, I'm not worried about it cracking on me Cons: 1) Width is a little narrow, makes it hard to get on and off of, also seems easier to fall off of it 2) No padded surface so your feet may start to hurt sooner depending on your shoes 3) It's a little tall, this combined with the narrow width, makes it a little easy to fall off. I probably wouldn't recommend this to someone who is older.

GREAT LEG WORKOUT, Perfect Rocker For Beginners And Even A Grandma Can Use It
I'm an out of shape grandmother that was looking for something fun to build my leg muscles while I am standing around. I have always preferred standing to sitting even when I'm working and this gives me something do that's healthy and fun, I call it multitasking. Plus the rocking motion is relaxing and kind of aesthetically pleasing. The Yes4All board is 3" off the ground when level. I would like to eventually find a higher one also but I figured I'd start with this. It is well made, solid wood and the top is covered in grip tape (like sand paper) so theres no sliding while your on it. I can do this in my slippers but its probably best to use sneakers if your just getting the hang of it. This is great to use at your desk, doing dishes, folding clothes or watching tv. Im Very Happy with this purchase and i can see it's working.

Solid board
A very nice solid board at a good price. I will say that the board at my PT is bigger, offering a wider range of motion, but this is very nice, solid board

Having fun with Physical Therapy
My physical therapist suggested I get one of these and showed me how to use it. It’s sturdy and well made. I’m actually having fun with the exercises I do on it but strongly recommend that it be used near a counter or other strong support you can hold on to if you do lose your balance, because it IS a rocking balance board!

Great board but with a big con!!
This is a great balance board. Well made and balanced. Non-slip surface on the top is great. Really big issue!! The rocker on the bottom of the board is FELT type material not a non-slip surface. It slides on tile and hard wood. I had to get a non-skid pad to put under it. Very disappointed!!!

Great board, just like the ones used by my physiotherapist. Strong and good grip surface, I feel safe and confident using this for post-injury rehab. High quality item which feels as though it will last a long time. I am over 100kg and this is very sturdy.

We picked this up for my son, who has ASD. It was recommended by his physiotherapist and OT. He can practice his balance quite well now. Helps him regulate too as it calms him down. The material is good, solid wood feel. The black grit on top is nice and doesn’t seem to be peeling at all. The board is just his height and wide enough for his use. We did purchase for a 3-4yr old, but assume anyone can use it. I’ve stood on it and it’s held up fine. I weight 135lbs. The pads on the side are good as it leave space so you don’t slam into the ground should you topple over. It’s got a softer strip on the balance curve part, this is just stapled/glued on. My guess so it doesn’t scratch your floor. Thus far, it’s lasted. We’ve only used it indoors. When it arrives the whole things all put together so you’re not wasting time setting it up. Small enough to travel or take it with you if needed, car-wise. Maybe not in a suitcase, lol.
