Great for forearm training
Great quality,the thickness is pretty good too.I use it for forearm training.The length is decent,doesn’t stretch much and holds a good amount of weight.Feels comfortable on the hands during use.I haven’t tested the max amount of weight it can hold but it can definitely handle over 45 lbs.

Not much to say but we use this for display only as my son is still active with taekwondo and his black belt. No complaints as it’s just on the wall along with the other belts my son earned
