Got out on the lake over the weekend and realized I'd lost the fin hardware that came with my Hala board. I'm sometimes skeptical of ordering from Amazon because of all the fake reviews (it's hard to tell what's legitimately good) but pulled the trigger on these. Glad I did as I just tested them and they are perfect. Solid hardware, a great fit and easy installation. Another reviewer mentioned that they were too short for their board, but I'm guessing they must have a non-standard size as this fit exactly like my prior hardware. Glad to have a couple of backups in case I lose one of them again.

It's fairly straightforward and gets the job done without the need for extra tools. Just be aware that if you tighten the screw too much, it might be difficult to loosen. I simply used my car keys as a firm surface to help loosen the screw.

UPDATE: On my first attempt to use one of these fin screws with my SUP, the fin screw only screws into the square backpiece about halfway before it just completely stops. Maybe there's a tiny burr in the threading, or the screw thickness is not even? Regardless, it makes the fin screw completely un-usable because it doesn't tighten up to secure the fin inside the channel. I had to throw that one away, and the second one of the 3 seems to be working so far. Very disappointed with the quality. I lost the fin screw for my inflatable paddleboard, so I ordered these replacement fin screws. Not only to they fit into the fin and channel lock just perfectly, but now I have extras on hand for when I inevitably lose another. Great price, too!

These "no tool" fin screws work well; they seemed like a nice luxury, and as a same-day item they helped fill out another order that I wanted to get that day. I've been really happy with the purchase. I remove my fin after each session (to make it easier to stack multiple boards in my Subaru Outback) and haven't experienced any difficulty attaching or removing the fin. I was originally worried these screws would seize up and be hard to remove by hand, this hasn't been an issue, although I do see some rust on the threads and base. I suspect frequent removal helps prevent any seizing issues. Neither have I had any issues with them being loose after a session -- I tighten them to a reasonable hand tightness without putting too much force into it. I would recommend them if you want to easily swap fins on your longboard. I've only used the one so far, nice to get three to have backups or change out the screws on some of my other boards. O-ring still seems to keep the screw tight after about 2 months of regular weekend sessions.

Lost the original screw and hold down nut for my SUP. These tool-less bolts are perfect! Able to get the board back on the water! Also changed the storage shelves for the SUPs and unfortunately not enough clearance between the fin and top board. Swapped the screw out with one of the toolless ones so now it is easy to install the fin before we go out and remove it before putting it on shelf! Highly recommend this item—nice that it is a 3 pack!

These came just in time for our paddleboard outing! My husband bought them in hopes to use them for our KX ONE boards! We lost the original screw a while ago and these fit perfectly! Quality is great and they will last a while! Definitely worth how much we paid for them, and they came in 1 day.

It is so nice to not have to bring a screwdriver with you whenever you want to use your SUP.
