Pole breaks easily
Bought this last summer for my 3 kids and nephews and with in I believe 3 weeks time from setting it up the pole was snapped . All in all it was super fun and great family time we all got a killer work out in. And brought back some of the good ol days. To the kids now a days but the hole is very thin and snaps

Like old school Zim Zam
Wanna practice tennis without having to chase the ball all over your yard and have a little fun? This is perfect and fits together securely with no wobble. It’s been used by all ages in the family and everyone loves it. Nice smooth, gliding of the ball down and back the spiral. It’s in near constant use when we are outside

Tennis ball broke after 2 weeks
LOVE THIS! My family had so much fun playing this. It was also a really great way to get a quick and fun workout in. Unfortunately, two weeks after we got it; the tennis ball split and broke; making it unusable. I don't see a replacement that looks the same on Amazon. Another con (I guess)...the paddles have no cushion on the handle and my kids got blisters on their inner thumbs. Maybe we all played to much or to hard...but like I said; it was really fun! Now I'm hunting for a way to replace the tennis ball/rope/hook.

not built to last
What a bummer. I had one of these as a kid that lasted forever. Got this for my kids and it has a few issues. Not that stable so needs resetting. String perished so ball came off and that is a game over situation. The string guide on top has rusted and sticks so ball and cord just wrap around on itself so was pretty much lame to the point the ball came off and it is not a pole in the ground. Disappointed. Could have spent the money on bean bag toss so my kids at least learn a life skill.

Hours of fun
We recently purchased this to have in our backyard as my Wife said she used to play for hours when she was a child. We set it up and our two young boys wanted to play right away! Easy to set up but after long periods of play you might need to move it as the ground gets loose around the pole. We took it camping with us and it kept the kids busy for hours! Such a simple but fun game to play.

Nice set.
Pretty good set when you can keep the ball and string even on the pole. Once it gets too close to the bottom or top the string gets tangled around the pole. Maybe that’s how you know who’s the winner. I use it by myself for exercise and would prefer if you could just continually hit the ball without getting tangled up. Overall a great game though.

Love this game
Balls have to be restrung every so often. My grandsons use tennis balls to re-tether. We used to call this game Zim Zam when my kids were growing up. Lots of fun and good to get outside for kids who are home a great deal right now. The pole is sturdy. Just be prepared to every so often to replace the tethered balls. There are some for sale online, if you don't want to tether them on your own. Good for individual fun or with an opponent.
