My wife loves lemon olive oil and lemon flavoring in general. I bought this for her to make her own lemon flavored olive oil and to use in cooking in general. It seems to very good quality and tastes great.

I’m not the type to leave a bad review if it comes broken, because that doesn’t reflect the product the heat in the mailbox easily gets up over 160 so likely popped the seal as you can see on the label, this product is awesome and I wanted to get a replacement but Amazon refunded Smell great, thick and super rich, whole house smells like it because the Amazon box it leaked into. Planning on using it for a new age skin biome reset product I’m looking into manufacturing will buy again and likely contact company for wholesale once I verify effect

Boyajian lemon and other oils are top notch. They have a flavor that is unmatched by any other producer. The lemon oil flavor is a must have for baking, and for cooking too. Try adding 2 tsp the a lemon pepper recipe; it adds flavor that you cannot get any other way. With fish, what a boost. Please do not think that when baking you can do without it. The flavor dances well with vanilla, chocolate, and raspberries. I will always use this product.

I love all things lemon. This oil really amps the flavor far superior to lemon juice (without diluting mixture) baking, cooking. I soaked some lemon zest overnight and added to my cookies. Marvelous. Flavor seems to intensify after a few days. It must be heated however or it has an almost chemical taste. Will purchase again. Can't wait to try lime and orange.

I was hesitant to buy this, as I prefer to use real lemon in baking. But I just wasn’t getting enough lemon flavor from the juice and zest. I wanted to stay away from extracts and flavorings - I knew they would taste fake. I read about this brand and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I added less than 1/8 tsp to cupcake batter, and the scent and flavors were amazing - just like fresh lemon. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE Lemon and this is the BEST! This is 100% Better for baking then extract! I use it in Cake, Frosting & anything that calls for lemon extract. I even add it to canned Lemon Pie Filling for an exceptional Lemon Flavor that tastes as good as homemade! It is strong, so start with a 1/2 tsp and increase amount as desired. If you love Lemon, you will not be disappointed with this! 10 STARS!!!!!

I love this product. Pure lemon oil makes a delicious cake! This time, however, the cap was loose so some of the product was lost.

Very good product. Only drawback for our family is that it was produced in same facility as where tree nuts are and we have family member allergic to tree nuts. Should be identified as such in write up so people know that before purchasing.

I swear by these Boyajian pure citrus oils for baked goods, confections and frosting. Do not confuse pure lime oil for those sad, liquid extracts found at the supermarket. Pure citrus oil is expensive, but a little goes a long way.

Just what I was looking for to add that delicious lemony flavour to my baked goods. the only downside is the opening of the bottle it is too wide, a stopper or dropper insert would correct this issue. I will definitely purchase again and again.
