I'd have to say no. This sensor is made primarily for the V6 engine.

The Amazon site says it will fit a 3.0L engine and is for the upstream. My 2010 Honda is a an EX with a 3.0L engine and it is working fine for me. The Under-the-Hood Emissions Control Label should provide you the displacement. Displacement is in the 4th position of the Engine Family group. If you are going to do this yourself and have not done it before, then please do some research because these sensors can be a real issue to remove.
