I bought this for a Christmas gift for my dad who had neuropathy bad and he loves it! He swears by these. Within the first half hour of having it on he said he hand started to feel warm again instead of cold like always! And it helps with his pain. It’s light weight and comes with tools to adjust the size of it if need be. Fits him perfectly! And he loves the colors of it!

I really like the weight, quality, and overall look of this bracelet. It feels solid and well-made—not too heavy, but definitely substantial enough to feel like a premium piece. I’ve seen similar styles at local swap markets, but this one is a few steps up in both craftsmanship and finish. The double rows of 4-element stones are not only attractive but give the bracelet a more elevated, refined feel. The titanium steel construction adds to the durability and comfort. It’s stylish, masculine, and has a nice magnetic clasp that’s easy to use. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality magnetic bracelet that looks and feels great!

The bracelet looks good and the weight of it feels sturdy. But, using the tools they provide to add or take out links is very difficult. I would not recommend it to any older person that does not have 20/20 vision and 20/20 patience.

Overall I will say this is a pretty decent bracelet. The color (blue) is great, the weight of bracelet is also pretty decent. The weight is about that of a sports watch on your wrist. The clasp at first is really hard to work at first but it loosens up and is easier after a few times of use. It still is stiff and the clasp doesn't come loose during wearing the bracelet. Adjustment is easy and all the tool needed is included. (It also includes additional pins if needed if you need replacements.) Overall a good quality bracelet for the price and will definitely purchase again. Secondly, customer service is top notch. Initially I ordered a different style bracelet, there wasn't any issue with it except for the width of bracelet. It was a little larger that I wanted or expected. Anyways I returned the bracelet and decided on this style which was with the width I prefer, not as wide. Anyways a few weeks after I returned the bracelet customer service (Feraco) reached out to concerning my return. I explained the the reason for return was it was a little too wide for my preference. They were understanding and provided me with a discount for next purchase. There was no issues with the bracelet, just wider than I wanted. The took initiative to address any possible issue and assisted me without me even contacting them. Customer Service and Feraco is above expectations in customer care.

The pins holding the links were falling out when I opened it. I used the enclosed tools to put them back in, thinking they were just not seated properly, but I found the same thing happening within an hour of putting the bracelet on. Terrible quality and the durability is obviously questionable. Because of the pins shifting, there were several times where they poked into my wrists, making the bracelet uncomfortable to wear, not to mention the pins get hung on everything the bracelet comes into contact with... Worn for less than a day. Absolutely awful product. Do NOT recommend.
