So good, they made me cry

Germination count was very low. Only a quarter to maybe a third of the seeds germinated. Was happy they were organic but I don't have much to show for what I bought. I grow starter seeds every year and have good potting soil and high success with most of my other seeds. The only time I seem to have trouble is when the seeds I use are a couple years old. So I am wondering if I was sent some older seeds.
