Not totally perfect
This was packaged in a bag rather than a box, so it could've been crushed in shipping. Another model I got from another seller was also shipped in a bag and that one had some damage. So be prepared that these models might not be fully intact or pristine when it comes. As another reviewer had mentioned, my models base also was warped. Nothing else was damaged or wrong, just the base was warped. I put the base into almost boiling water, then placed it directly on the flat stove top. Did this 2-3x and instantly fixed.

The box is banged up and now i can't store it.
Figure came in, opened the package, right off the bat i notice that the box for the figure is already open. The placemat was in the front window, which leads me to believe that that figure was removed and then put back in the box. The top tab is ripped and the plastic window isn't attached to the box at all. If i were a hardcore collector, I'd be giving this 1 star. The product itself is not damaged, but the damage to the box is incredibly unprofessional. I'm dissapointed that i can't display this properly now

Defective item
The base is warped so the model does not stand securely. It rocks back and forth. Very disappointing as this was a birthday present.
