Installed on a 99 XJ. The flares are much more solid than I had anticipated for the price. Install was easy, as all my fenders were already cut. !!!YOU HAVE TO CUT SHEET METAL TO MAKE THESE WORK!!! (same as most any aftermarket flares). If you didn't already know that this probably wasn't the project for you. The instructions suck, but again, if you really need the instructions, this probably isn't the project for you. I did have to trim some of the inner lip of the flare to make it work in the back, but it all depends on how your fenders are cut and rolled I guess. The weather strip (seal, trim, whatever it is) was a pain, so I left it off. Looks fine without it. All in all these flares seem great, they line up really well with the factory body lines, The appear to made of high quality plastic, and they installed exactly as I expected. We'll see how they do bouncing of trees, but I'm impressed so far.

The product cam packaged well with an extra bag containing the push in clips. Clips go onto the flare with a nice tight snap. The flare attached to the fender easily and looks nice and tight with no gaps. Installation on my 2011 was quick and easy. Product looks factory after install. I ordered some 1/4” u-nuts, washers and stud bolts to fully secure the final 2 holes to the front bumper/fender area that were missing on my jeep. Although I only lost the driver side flare, my passenger side was also missing these fasteners. I think these missing bolts are the reason many of these fly off. The Jeep is looking good again and I’m confident my flares are secure with the extra fasteners I used.

The fender flare fits well, but without the clips, I catch it hanging half off frequently. I had to buy separate clips and pray they will fit. I wish they just came with the flare in the first place. The clips it comes with makes zero sense, they’re only in the back half.

After having a few sets of flares over the years these were easy to work with flexible and malleable I did take about a inche off the rear door piece because i didn’t like how far back it would make the rear quarter panel piece go back all in all def worth the $

Rear sections cracked open during install. Cheap plastic not a quality product.
