I use Skratch Labs Hydration Powder on long road rides and usually go through about one bottle per hour. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is really nice and not too sweet, which makes a big difference when you’re drinking it for several hours. It also doesn’t leave that heavy, sugary aftertaste that a lot of sports drinks do. It mixes easily, goes down smoothly, and I haven’t had any stomach issues using it on longer rides. The electrolyte balance feels right for endurance efforts, especially compared to standard drinks like Gatorade that can feel a bit too sweet over time. The price is a little higher than Gatorade, but the cleaner taste and better overall feel make it worth it in my opinion. One small thing to watch out for is spills—the powder gets pretty sticky and is tough to clean up, so be careful when handling it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for endurance athletes who want something that hydrates well without being overly sweet.

All these people who bought this product are leaving reviews that show that they lead very exciting lives. Cycling and canoeing... Well I am disabled and I have POTS and I have diarrhea (cha cha cha). I cannot tolerate artificial sweeteners including the natural ones like stevia and monk fruit. So I chatted with chat GBT ad nauseam to find something that used just enough sugar to help the process of the electrolytes working properly and nothing artificial. I purchased the strawberry lemonade the first time and there's not much flavor there. But ultimately I am not looking for a delicious beverage. I am looking for something that works. This works and it causes me no harm. I would like to see lower prices in the future because it is a very expensive product and not something that I can reasonably afford even though it's something I absolutely need. Chat GBT has suggested that I make it myself. And that's annoying. There should be a product that is affordable and doesn't involve me turning my kitchen into a chemistry lab. Ultimately a good buy if you are looking for something that works and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners. Woot.

I swear by the Scratch Labs Products. Every flavor i get tastes great, is packaged well, and works better than I could ask for. As an over weight guy in his 30s who has been taking huge strides to get back into shape I can honestly say that the hydration powder, the energy chews, and the recovery power all work phenomenally. My advise is to consume as needed, read the labeling and properly educate yourself on what your body needs. For me this has been a game changer during 10 plus mile rides and my career as a plumber.

Love the product. This is not my favorite flavor, but it solid tasting pineapple. It mixes well and does a great job of hydrating and providing some energy. Customer Service was fantastic when we had questions. Product and Customer Service is 5 stars - Pineapple flavor is what makes it 4 stars (still a solid choice).

Easy to drink, good tasting & dissolves in our glass tumblers quickly. Husband has been feeling very dehydrated especially in this hot weather and feels much better, no headaches. The night sweats are getting less every night. The first night actually had NO sweating! Seems to really be working...this brand was recommended to us. We both have two 16oz glasses a day. Update on review, Dec 10, 2025- bought several times now I bought the larger amount to have on hand. Although I've tried several other brands this is the best tasting & dissolves quickly + caffein free. A bit spendy, but worth it!

I’m not a fan of Hydration Powdered Drinks as a rule. (I’ve tried most of them!) Especially Lemon (that reminds me to of my annual colonoscopy prep.)! But the Pineapple flavored Skratch is delicious! My new functional medicine doc. recommended it! It’s so good! (Not too sweet!)

Great hydration option. I have this one on subscription. Great taste and dissolves super quickly.
