Excellent stuff
My 7 year old nephew has been suffering from severe coughing fits, especially at night, which has had a very bad effect on his sleep quality as it impacted on his breathing. He was diagnosed with asthma but the pumps made very little difference. I thought it might be sinus related and tried lots of things, then found this. Absolutely brilliant. He no longer wakes up tired and cranky and can concentrate at school. Worth every penny.

Must have for mums
I’m a wellness influencer and l’ve always been after natural and effective products for my kids. I’ve heard this from a holistic pediatrician and gave it a go. It opens the blocked sinuses in 2 minutes and kşds are sleeping easily when they have cokd or blocked nose

So so, not impressed with the product
Is unblocking the nose but is very uncomfortable to dropping in the kids nose especially if they are small as you are pressing and you are not understanding how many drops it went inside 😆

Good safe product for kids
This is a great and gentle product for kids. At the core, these are normal saline drops, but the Xylitol helps fight off bacteria.

Good: struggling with sinus infection for 3 weeks
I bought this for me, not my kids! Good: struggling with sinus infection for 3 weeks, using salt rinse in neti pot which usually works, and was working until I stopped then within days the infection was back. It thought I'd give this a go as I'd seen ppl using something similar on the net & they said it was effective. Two days, 3 x day & it seemingly finished off the infection! It hasn't come back ( 5 days so far) Bad: I kept going after 2 days of using the drops even tho there was no sign of the infection at that point, but thought I'd better make sure I'd knocked it out. On day 3 the drops started to cause quite severe irritation & soreness - not good - got quite painful. These drops contain xylitol and grapefruit seed extract. Anyone who has tried GSE knows it is pretty strong stuff. So here's the thing - it may just be me & my super sensitive schnoz, but I would be *very careful* using this freely on babies and very young children (which the instructions say you can do) - because they can't tell you if it's causing a problem ...if bubs starts screaming after you've used this it may not be the sinus infection giving them grief but the drops ! I'll keep using them as a backup to my salt rinse & neti, but not for more than 2 days.

Wow
Oh wow I cant tell you the science behind it but simply what happened to me. I personally had to discard this today. I read an article recommending the use of xylitol with saline as a more effective faster treatment. My child is 2yrs and has been mouth breathing suddenly for a prolonged period and has blockage in the nose. I eagerly anticipated this product considering the good reviews also. I used as the instruction said for one night on my child. Then I decided I wanted to try it on myself in the same dosage as a 2yr old- And Thankyou to God that I did. what a surprise, an irritating dry feeling on my tonsils like a sore throat and strong sensation in eardrums it made it hard to lay down. That I thoroughly rinsed it out with original saline (sterile A NaCl 0,9% sodium chloride) the entire 5ml to get relief. And rinsed my child’s nostril also with original saline 5ml. I questioned it the following day and decided to try again only on me. And immediately my eardrums were blocked up, this caused me distress and great discomfort as I desperately sought how to unblock my ears and wondered if any damage was done. i googled the symptoms and it says this is due to overuse of saline. Despite me using a 2yr old dosage as a 20yr+ old person. I used yawning technique to try to unblock but didn’t work. Symptoms reduced the next day and I was curious if I only rubbed the solution on the inside of my nostrils with a cutip this would mean the strength couldn’t penetrate so intensely. And therefore I could offer this solution for the issue in my review. Once I tried Immediately a weird heightened uncomfortable sensation in my jaw, a strong headache, and discomfort in my eardrums, it feels so dangerous like you can pass out as it gradually intensifies. I immediately ran to the sink washing thoroughly with water and washing through with original saline 5ml. The sensations have reduced but not gone. For me personally I won’t be putting anything into our nostrils which impacts ears nose and throat; only original saline which guarantees just salt and therefore no side effects if used as instructed. This gives me some peace of mind.
