Good device, clear video. Noise cancelling works
This was purchased to replace one that finally quit. It was years old but finally gave up the ghost. Think it fell on the floor too many times. We actually have several in our office, and this is the only one that kept hitting the floor, and it's the only one that quit, so I can't fault the device for that. We have them just kind of sit on top of flat panel monitors so you can move it around to get the right angle. Clear video. People can hear me fine. Seems to cancel out background noise well.

Great Value Camera
I’m super impressed at the quality and value of this camera! It was super easy to connect to my laptop and works great! Sound and picture quality and very good for this price point. Definitely recommend

very clear, nice quality -- VERY WIDESCREEN.
It's a very high quality webcam - the picture is super clear - but holy smokes the field of view is very widescreen. My entire den AND living room is in the picture when I use this... I'm going to have to return it for something not quite as nice as I don't want to purchase the chromakey software too. It's plug-n-play. Super simple. The 'business' packaging doesn't have the stupid plastic clamshell and is just the camera and the product booklet. It works great with Windows 8 and 10. The bendy rubberized foot of the camera is pretty versatile, but I had to play with it a lot to get it to sit properly on my flatscreen monitor. I think most people will find it works great. Would recommend for business use and group skype calls.

Great web cam
There are more expensive webcams out there but what's the point. There are multiple resolution settings for your to choose from, which is a great feature for those with slower internet speeds. Personally I keep mine at 640x360 and have had nothing but compliments from people. The HD might be useful when displaying on a projector but for computer to computer communication it is not necessary and just uses up bandwidth. Install was easy. Plug in and load drivers. I've tried multiple ports and not had any issues with the driver crapping out. No problem working with skype or google hangout. The mic works fine too. Overall I really have no complaints with this unit. It looks good, works good and the clip mechanism is actually very cool. It really can be positioned in many ways so it can suit probably any environment. Mine sits on top of my laptop screen and is quite snug and stable. Tilt is not necessary since you can alter the mount to suit.

I highly recommend it!
I built a new computer about 4 months ago after having exclusively used a laptop for many years. As my husband is currently in a different country and we use skype daily, a webcam was a must. I bought this because I liked the price and I felt like it would be a good webcam. Well, I was wrong; it is a great webcam! I love it! It is truly plug and play with Win7 and the picture is great! My husband had been quite unhappy with the webcam he was using for a while now. After our 2nd or 3rd Skype session with my using this webcam he ordered one for himself and he loves it! It is extremely light weight, sits perfectly on a flat screen monitor and is very adjustable. I normally use a headset but have used the webcam's mic and it works quite well. It doesn't sound like I am talking from the bottom of a well unlike most webcam mics, in my opinion. You really cannot go wrong with this webcam!

Gets the job done and better image than bank security cameras
You basically get what you pay for with this camera. It's a very basic, low resolution 720p Webcam, but it gets the job done. A great option for the money. Im just using it to remotely monitor my 3D prints so I don't need anything fancy anyway. At $20, it still has better image quality than bank security cameras.

Excellent value. Great video quality.
I returned 2 Creative Live! Sync HD 720p web cams because they were so horrible for two of these HD-3000 LifeCams. FYI, "for business" just means you don't get the useless manual and box. With Windows 7+, just plug the thing in and you're up and running in a few minutes. The video quality is amazing for this price range (got these for around twenty a piece at the time). You will not be disappointed from the image. The cable is the right length for most applications. The rubber coating on the flexible foot is great. Feels well built. The LifeCam software that Windows 7 automatically installs is great. It has lots of settings and the real-time special effects can make for some real fun. My kids laughed for a long time trying them out. Works with Skype flawlessly. You will not regret your purchase.

Great deal!
Son is on deployment in Africa, so we decided Skype would be our means of staying in touch. Looked for a small unobtusive camera with a mic for video calls. This fit the bill perfectly. As soon as I connected it to my usb port, Windows 7 detected it and found it was a Microsoft brother device and loaded the drivers and setup a decent camera utility. Since Skype is also in the MS family it integrated very well. Video quality is good for video calling, don't think you will be able to shoot your next you tube video with this device. It is not designd for that. Adjustable video settings, this will be driven by how fast a PC you have as well as how fast of a broadband connection. It will try and autoconfigure itself but you can modify them later. Overall a super deal, under $20 for a name brand, new PC camera/mic. The "business" version is fine, easy open packaging but not disc included. Not needed if you have Windows 7 and above (suspect even Vista and XP would work well).
