So far so good... have felt that my joint pains have subsided substantially. Will have to take it for a longer period of time to be certain it is due to this new regiment I have implemented.

I'm not kidding! This product really works! I have the driest skin ever. I am close to 70 years old and normally my skin on my arms and legs is extremely dry and requires a very thick body lotion after every shower. Well,not anymore! After taking this supplement three times daily, I no longer have the need for lotion! My skin is soft, smooth, and does not flake or itch. I recommend this product to anyone who has dry skin! This is not a fake review. This supplement really works. I am waiting for the results to show up on my face!

It took 2 months for me to see a different in my skin (4 pills a day as recommended which is 2 full bottles). It's nothing drastic but I tried it to improve skin hydration/elasticity and it seems to be better. I am hoping for more improve with longer use. I am committed to using for 6 months at least to see how much impact there is. It didn't do much for wrinkles if that is what you are looking for but I only have minor/shallow wrinkles - it might show improvement for someone with deeper wrinkles but I don't know.

Well I really like The other version collagen 30 without the extra Ceramides …these taste not the best but the others have no taste and I Find that collagen should Be taken by mouth So it absorbs from the inside out..I notice a huge difference when I take this brand and the regular ones made without Ceramides … By this company..this is my first purchase of These so we will see
