This is the supplement that finally got me out of the iron deficiency zone. I've tried so many, but this is the one that absorbs with minimal discomfort and actually works. I take it at night right before I go to sleep so I don't need to worry about food inhibitors, and it doesn't leave me constipated. Highly recommend.

So far these iron supplements have been great vegan alternative as they don’t contain bovine which most iron vitamins do I find. They are not too strong with no side effects and are easy on the stomach. I would prefer a chewable variety if they had one. I recommend them!
