its pretty amazing what this does for my skin. I got mild breakouts of acne. Basically deep rooted hormonal spots it will reduce inflammation substantially and they wont stay around for half as long. Surface spots, it completely eliminates...over night!! I had noticed lots of small bumps around hair line coming back over the past month or so. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year and i was working on a roof sweating heavily, constantly. When I got home my order was waiting on doorstep and when i looked in the mirror there was about 20 little spots on hairline and 1 quite big/medium one in middle of forehead. I took 3 capsules (24000iu) woke up this morning and they have gone??even the big one which i thought i would be stuck with for the weekend at least, which is never good as i spend weekend with 4 year old daughter and she will be the first to point it out when i do breakout. I knew vit A was good but wasnt completely convinced. I took vit A for about 6 months 8000iu a day and my skin was spotless all over, but thought maybe it was just chance. I stopped taking about 2 months ago near to when breakout started coming back. I also take oxytetracycline which stops the the hormonal spots on chin, but not the surface spots or the few that i get on back and shoulders in this hot weather. Vit A deals with everything that the antibiotics dont. I only took 24000iu to start, Ill take 16000 now for a couple of days then drop down to 1 capsule as maintenance. I probably pays to take a month off them once in a while anyway. Sorry the english is terrible Im in a rush and very eager to get my point across, never write reviews but i think this product is definitley worthy of one.

I have nothing bad to say about this vitamin Which for me is the best so far. I have few different products from nutravita and i never been disappointed. The softgels cap of vitamine A is quiet easy to swallow in comparaison to the cranberry tablet from the same brand ( see my picture attached). I dont think you will ever find a brand of this quality for this price. You basically pay 17 quid for a full year of supply and the vitamins are naturel. Highly recommand.

Really like these vitamin A gel capsules. They are small so easy enough to swallow, which makes taking them abit more enjoyable than some of the massive bullet shape ones. I ordered these to see if they will help with my skin conditions having suffered from acne for years. I take these along side my other vitamins and I don't get any tummy issues or side effects at all. Only been taking them for about a week so can't give a full review on what I'm actually taking them for, but so far so good and I'm happy with them.

I have been taking one capsule a day fairly regularly over a number of years. I think its benefits are long term, so I have not seen any dramatic changes or ill effects.

Hi, I bought these as I was getting night blindness, and halo’s around oncoming car lights at night, and thought maybe I was lacking vitamin A, despite taking cod liver oil capsules daily. I’m on the computer a lot and my eyes always felt gritty and had red lines. (Attractive, eh?!) Anyway within 2 days of taking these the gritty feeling went, my eyes are getting clearer, and more importantly I don’t see the halo’s around lights and they don’t blind me anymore! I’ve always had dry eyes and this has helped massively! I doubled up the dose the first couple of days but I definitely recommend these - they work! And really great value for money too, will buy more from this manufacturer now. If you struggle to see at night I highly recommend these! As a side bonus they also make your skin better and pores less noticeable! Definitely 10/10.

Bote de perlas de vitamina A. Son blanditas y se tragan sin problema, aunque a veces se pegan un poco entre ellas. Se toma una al día, por lo que el bote dura un año. Muy buena para la vista y para la piel y el pelo. El bote es pequeñito y el precio para un año entero es bueno. No se debe exceder la dosis recomendada. Lo recomiendo como complemento.

Eins der seltenen Produkte mit Kapseln aus Gelatine. Das begrüße ich sehr. Denn hier kann man davon ausgehen, dass es sehr gut verträglich ist. Leider wird heutzutage oft auf die umstrittenen Zellulose-Kapseln umgestellt. Und natürlich hat es gute Inhaltsstoffe, also die richtige Retinolform + natürliches Vitamin E + gutes Öl. Sind also gut in Kapseln eingepackt und mit natürlichem Antioxidant versehen. Würde davon ausgehen, dass die lange haltbar sind.

These seemed to be very effective when taking two capsules a week, but even this was too much for me as I started to suffer poor sleep and lackluster feeling after taking it for 3 months. The dosage per capsule is about the RDA for 3 days! And it accumulates because it's a fat soluble vitamin. I stopped for a month and am going to try 1 a week like I used to in the past. Be careful when taking these!

Natürlich muss ich weiterhin aufpassen, dass ich keine Stoffe (Medikamente, Nahrungsmittel, Kosmetika) zu mir nehme, die die Lichtempfindlichkeit der Haut heraufsetzen. Die Vitamin A-Kapseln von Nutravita haben mich überzeugt. Ich kann sie empfehlen und vergebe 5 Sterne.
