This is a nice portable lightbox. The magnets are so much better than one I tried that used velcro. Works really well for my purposes. Good lighting too.

This product is a great solution for someone like myself. We are a small online business and take our own photos. We don't have a big budget for product photography, and we don't have the proper equipment to take professional looking pictures. The Foldio is a small, super quick setup that immediately gives us what we need as far as lighting and backdrop goes in order to get those professional looking photos of our small products. Basically the magnets snap in place to give the Foldio its cubical shape and the lights turn on with a small dial. The backdrop holds in place by magnets as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive, quick set up, with good enough lighting then this product gets the job done. I was pleased to find out that it matches the description and the photos. I hate buying a product and then finding out the online seller was misleading in their descriptions. This one is as promised. The only issue I had was a damaged backdrop that the seller immediately helped me take care of. They were easy to contact and very understanding. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I would buy from this seller again.

Extremely to assemble and the use of magnets to assemble is a stroke of genous. Easy to compact for storage by simply separating the magnets and folding down. I purchased the two halo bars which can be attached for extra lighting. They give added light that is necessary for a lot of photos. The ability to shoot pictures from the top is an added plus With that said, the downsides are that the backdrops don't stay in place and the corrugated panels project lines onto the items being photographed. One also has to be careful where they aim so as not to get the corrugated panels into the picture. If you want to take the time to line the box, that solves the problem. Do I still recommend it? Absolutely! For the money, it will help to enrichen your photos such as nothing else I've ever tried. Purchase with confidence, you'll have no regrets.

I like the build and quality of the kit. Setup was a breeze, I had it unboxed and ready to shoot in under 10 minutes. Lights are bright, and with the halo bars and front cover, the shadows can be controlled. The use of magnets to easily prop the box and backdrop up and keep things tight when folded away is a stroke of genius. If you don't have the space to devote to a permanent shooting area, and want a compact solution for photographing smaller items, you can't do much better than this. That said... They really need to make the backdrops a bit more study. I understand the challenge of having a truly matte velvet texture perfect for eliminating shadows and reflections that can fold away with the box, but this material is very delicate and creases very easily. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase of this box with the 360 platform.

I bought this product for my wife, she has little technical photography knowledge. To get the best out of this product and when taking photos with an iphone its good to know about setting a color temp and affects of aperture. It's worth the time downloading a specific camera app to your phone so that you can set and play with these variables, as letting the iphone app do it's own thing can lead to less than great results. Sets up in less than 3 mins and fold back down flat into a small flat well designed package. The only gripe I have is that the backgrounds are provided flat and not rolled up, thus without care a line in the backdrop could be seen. I would advise after purchasing this to find a tube to store the white and black backdrops in. Thus keeping them perfect for shoots. This is a really small thing the company could have done. Its a very good product overall and worth the money. Overall very satisfied and would purchase again.

This thing is amazing. It's a really intelligent design that allows quick and easy assembly. Unlike other photo/light boxes I've used, this one is really sturdy and durable. There's very little side wobble which is awesome. The light quality is really good too and the dimmer allows varying degrees of light based the external conditions and what you want to shoot. The other cool thing is the adapter that comes with US, UK. Euro and AUS plugs. I think this really speaks to the portability aspect of the box. It's light and easy to take anywhere... literally anywhere in the world! I know this is probably toward the premium end of the spectrum for a box this size (about 2ft x 2ft BUT guys, it's worth it. The cheaper ones are flimsy and have lower quality lights (trust me, I've tried 2 or 3). You won't be disappointed in paying a bit extra for this one. Just check out the pics I took for proof!

Very disappointed! First it took 2 weeks to get delivered, then when it arrived I was so excited because I thought it would be great, but it’s not. The white backdrop came with a lot of black dots, so I will need to edit it in all my photos. I purchased the option with extra lights hahahahaha it’s no light enough, just too expensive and seems like a very good option, but is not. I can pay $35 for the same quality I will return it for sure

I'm seeing magnets used in more and more things these days in ways that make your life easier, and this is one of the best I've seen! When you start to unfold the box, it almost tries to assemble itself! It's so quick and easy to set up! This is amazingly well-thought-out. It just provides even lighting for what you want to photograph provided it's fairly small. I am absolutely delighted with this!

Ideal portable/fold up photo studio. Unlike some of these this uses corrugated plastic instead of thin single skin sheets making it that much more sturdy and uses very strong magnets to hold the panels in place. This is also handy as the sheet types that fold out leave visible seams that can create shadows/lines where the two parts meet and show up easily in pictures. The LED light bars (3) produce a variable brightness light that is great and doesn’t flicker. You get some liners/blackout sheets that are held in place with the 2 supplied magnetic strips and the whole thing is well packed and presented when folded down. For the money it’s very good I must say

Il prodotto è di ottima qualità, ergonomico e facile da utilizzare. L'unica pecca, a mio avviso, risiede nel sistema di imballaggio degli sfondi. Avrei preferito che arrivassero arrotolati invece che piegati. Questo perchè sono risultati un pò rovinati da delle pieghe che non vanno più via. Questo ovviamente non dipende certo dal rivenditore ma dal produttore.
