We have this habit of drinking a lot of water and other fluids every day in the morning for all year round . Having tried Glucon D, Gatorade, Juices etc then I found this as it has more electrolytes plus economical than any other brand. My wife has deficiency of potassium so I feel it should also help her. It tastes better; less sweeter; we usually put two normal teaspoons but it takes time in dissolving in the water compared to Electral, Glucon D and other drinks. Nevertheless, it tastes good and lemon flavour adds more value. Just ordered for second time and selected automatic purchase option (for 2 months and got 5% discount).

Good flavour, feel energetic during workout.

Tried a bunch of brands and this one is better in terms of taste and price and super helpful after runs in the hot sun.

Better to use this instead of any of the BCAAs out there.. replenishes the electrolytes lost from excessive sweating..be it weight training or cardio..if you're sweating much, this is the support for you.

The flavor is not bad. But not as good as Gatorade (but a lot cheaper than Gatorade).

Great powder for recovery and heavy workout.But you have to use two scoop of spoon for better taste and energy.

The packaging has been very bad.. There were small cuts on the package through which powder was falling out.. Product otherwise is great
