Automatic Greenhouse Window Opener Autovent with Opening Force 7KG Opens from 17-25C

Arrived on time and well packaged. This item was bought to go on a new build Outsunny 6 x 8 polycarbonate greenhouse. Easy to install by following the instructions supplied. Fitted very quickly and started working within 30 minutes of installing. This auto opener is very well made and feels quite robust. instructions are easy to follow even if you have never fitted one of these before. We set the arm to the temperatures they suggested in the instructions and it seems to be spot on. As the heat inside the greenhouse increases or decreases the arm slowly opens or closes the window. Fitted easily onto the polycarbonate panels and aluminium frame without any issues. Very clever design that gives peace of mind by automatically opening/closing your greenhouse window. I would highly recommend to anyone with a greenhouse especially as the price is reasonable. Very happy with my item thank you. 5* Kind Regards.

Works very well and with a bit of simple adjustment of the barrel it opens and closes logically and promptly according to temperature. Took a little bit of thought and care to fit. At this price point a great buy in my opinion. Happy customer.

Having chosen this item based on favourable reviews I was not expecting to have such difficulty in installing the opener! The tiny instruction pictures were almost impossible to see clearly and following the written instructions alone wasn’t enough. I had to consult a relative who had previously purchased the same openers and had, eventually, after badly cutting a finger in the process, managed to install her openers. Additionally there was no mention of removing any existing window handles and their fixings which I had to do so that they didn’t obstruct the new openers. Please improve the installation instructions for future customers! Having said all that the openers are working well so I’m pleased with the final set up.

A great window opener for an aluminium / plastic greenhouse - might work on a much heavier greenhouse too. It has a bit of adjustment available for different greenhouses - in my case I used the greenhouse's own bolts used for the old opener which are bigger, but the arm has some bigger holes, so it's more securely fixed. This means I thought it wouldn't reach the window pane frame but it did just fine. Next problem - it didn't open when I looked at it. Turns out (sensibly) that it opens around 18*C, so I had to wait until this morning - and it works perfectly!

By far my best greenhouse purchase. Absolutely fantastic gadget that has made my life so much easier. Fits my outsunny green House and is fairly simple to fit. There are a few good tutorials on YouTube if you get stuck. I haven't had any issues at all and it's pretty sturdy so can see it lasting a long time. The price is fair and would definitely recommend.
