Good Looking and a Seriously Strong Magnet
I was trying to buy a door stop that was up to the job but also would look great in situ. This was due to have a bathroom door that opens onto a cupboard door. Having replaced both doors for new modern ones I did not wish either to get damaged, add into the equation I have wet room flooring which should not be drilled into. This door stop is superb, initially I thought it was a bit pricey but to be honest you get what you pay for. The magnet on the door stop is seriously strong and holds the door in situ without issue. My builder fitted this but it didn't take him five minutes. I absolutely love the look and usability of this door stop.

Works well
Excellent door stop. Looks very expensive. Perfect for doors that need to stop at a higher point

Solid Construction
Feels very solid but a little tricky to align when you don't have help. Manages to hold open quite a heavy door with no issue but needs to be aligned very precisely to ensure best magnetic hold, even a few millimeters off and the hold decreases. Not a problem with a lighter door.

Very good quality & design
Really like this - I've ordered another one. Excellent design (for example: rubber gaskets used to secure the decorative covers) and good quality parts. Highly recommended. And it can be fixed to the floor OR mounted on the wall. It's even sprung loaded to compensate for the angle at which the two parts meet; which is inevitable on a magnetic door stop - it also provides some shock absorption - not that I'd suggest being too gung-ho slamming the door open!

Doorstop that holds the door open
The perfect doorstop. It protects the kitchen cupboard from getting hit by the door and holds it open for us. Much better than using an obstructive doorstop that goes in front of the door. Had it installed for a few weeks and it's made a big difference. Mine is screwed to the floor, which I think is the best way to use this particular design.

Not really fit for purpose. Very weak magnet.
Was pleased with this item when I opened the box. Visually looked very good and felt good quality. Pretty easy to install, one bit attached to the door and the other the floor. Looks good and not to bulky. However the magnet on this is very very weak and only just holds the door in place. The slightest breeze or someone touching the door will dislodge the magnet and allow the door to close. Not very happy with product. Bought this over a cheaper similar styled one as thought it would be better quality and a stronger magnet but unfortunately not. Dont waste your money on this loook elsewhere.

Ideal solution for wheelchair user
This door stop is sturdily built with an attractive finish. My wife is a wheelchair user and has struggled with using the wedge to block the door. This works perfectly for her. The fact that the magnet is not too strong is a positive quality for her as she would struggle to pull it away from the magnet if it were stronger. We use it on an internal door so I think it’s a question of “horses for courses”. This one is brilliant for us.
