Komelon N6300 300-Feet Open Reel Metal Frame Long Steel Tape Measure

I'm a concrete contractor and have used several brands of tapes over the years. Most nylon clad tapes do not last over a couple months. I own 3 of these. This tapes quality is superior to any others I've owned. Being a non clad tape, it's roughly half of the size of others. I do not get deflection in this tape on hot or windy days like I did with others. My original tape I've had over 10 years and continue to use on a daily basis. About 6 years ago because of extreme cold (-40) the plastic handle broke in two. I repaired it and continue to use it over all others. This tape for me, has been a good investment. The finger loop on the end is nice.

We do commercial concrete work and site prep and these tapes (we buy the 200') are about the best value steel tape option we've found so far. Compact, simple and fairly inexpensive with a reasonable life span in heavy daily usage. We have four of them out in the field right now.

I got this for my dad as a back up tape, and it is currently out main tape and works very well. Good price and the metal tape is very accurate

the tape is made like a tank. the reason for four stars is because the latching piece does not "grip" as well as many of the other tapes I have used.

Best tape in the business for commercial use. Doesn't stretch when measuring and resistant to everyday use!
