This stuff is perfectly fine! Amazon reviewers are really.. something else. Yes the bags cheap why do you think its so inexpensive? If the seal doesn't close don't you think that's because proteins stuck in it!? Just run a toothpick along the seal and it's good to go! It mixes perfectly fine with water and the strawberry tastes delicious. Simple, cheap, effective. Spend more time in the gym and less time complaining

I’ve been using this for a while and it’s pretty good .Different to Whey - if you’re not familiar with the product it works slightly differently in that it digests more slowly meaning that it’s a good way to feed your muscles overnight while your body is recovering from exercise.. In terms of what it’s like to drink I’d say it’s nice enough but it doesn’t mix quite as easily as whey which I usually find quite enjoyable to drink . The vanilla and strawberry seem the best although the chocolate is ok . Main minus point is the packaging of the kg bags which is dreadful . Most protein powders have the same issue but this is especially bad to work with and I’d strongly recommend keeping in a tub because the seal never works .

I only started using PBN products recently and so far I'm very happy. They taste great,mix well and are fair priced. I've been bodybuilding/ weight training for over 30 years so I've used many different products and this one holds up very well for the price. It's a shame our idiotic government decided to put tax on health supplements ( can't remember who was in charge at the time but makes no difference as they're all equally stupid ) when they decided in thier incredible wisdom that they weren't a necessity, when to anyone who leads a busy life and trains regularly know that they are. Sorry for going off on a tangent 🙄, anyway as budget powders go PBN is a good option 👍

People complain about the trivial issue of the bag seal not working, although they are right it is easily solved and less hassle that if it was working to use a cheap peg. So that's that. The product is great, this is my first bag. The flavour is not to my liking but I have gotten used to it, used milk for a few weeks to make it taste nicer and now I can drink it with water. The value is the cheapest I could find on amazon and the Packaging was just a delivery sticker on the bag itself which I preferred as it's less waste. If this protein is better than others, I've no clue but I've been taking this for nearly 3 months and have had no problems. The bag comes with its own measurement cup and have provided all related images, (plus a funny 'gains' image, enjoy).

Good price, nice flavour and mixes well without lumps. But with me it causes indigestion and acid reflux. I'm persevering with it but I think I'll have to buy some Rennies or dump it.

So here’s the short details: Taste - really enjoyable, not overly sweet and nice smooth consistency. I added an extra 100ml just because it was quite thick. Ease of use - mixes well, no lumps. Bag opening is a pain to shut once you trim the ‘cut here’ line. Effectiveness - this casein has had a good impact on recovery and growth so far. It hasn’t disrupted sleep or caused any bloating, think that’s down to personal bodily reaction not solely the product from reviews I’ve read. Extra note: something I noticed is when taking it before bed which I do on training days I found that my Garmin sleep showed improved levels of deep sleep by an extra 25-40% over my normal levels. That I found rather interesting considering deep sleep is where a lot of muscle / strength growth takes place.

How is this even legal, dunno, but this is not casein. Once you add water or milk is tick and sticky and the taste is pure soy protein. Texture is awful and I would not recommend it. This is false advertising.

Dicho esto : - La compra de 1 kilo dura un mes , es decir , aproximadamente 30 batidos . Trae un dosificador ( cosa que se agradece ) con la toma exacta para un batido con 250ml ( o más ) de agua , o más si se gusta . - Es MUY DISOLUBLE . Se puede meter en un vaso de entrenamiento y agitar , o darle unos 20 segundos de batidora y listo . La verdad que genial . - TRUCO Para batido perfecto : Si quieres que el batido sea más saciante , te quite el hambre por más tiempo e incluso darle un PLUS de cremosidad , textura , sabor y proteínas : HAZLO CON CLARA DE HUEVO . Yo los he hecho con clara de huevo del Mercadona ( botella de 1 litro , y 250 ML por batido ) y es PERFECTO . - El sabor a fresa es NATURAL Y BUENO . No sabe a fresa química como muchos otros , tiene un sabor suave como a yogur de fresa . Esta es una de las ventajas de esta caseína : algunas saben a laboratorio de fresa , totalmente artificial y huelen a químico nada más abrir la bolsa . Está en cambio su sabor y olor es totalmente natural . Puntazo . - A 16 € el Kilo ; su precio es razonable . Así que a modo de resumen : PROS : - Trae cacito medidor con el que ya no tienes que medir tu a mano la dosis . Simplifica un montón la tarea - Sabor NATURAL , bueno , y fácil disolución - Buen precio CONTRAS : - Su disponibilidad es un desastre . Amazon aquí lo hace muy mal , estando semanas agotado . Es la pega que le encuentro : cuando está disponible hay que comprar varios , porque siempre está agotado. Os recomiendo probar, no os arrepentiréis .

Très bonne miscibilité dans l'eau : je la consomme en boisson avec 500 ml d'eau. Le goût de chocolat est présent mais discret. Très sucré (avec édulcorants) car une dose (30 gr) suffit pour sucrer les 500 ml d'eau. Éviter de consommer avec du yaourt : ça fait une bouillie très difficile à avaler. Elle se digère bien et soutient la capacité à faire des efforts.
