This stuff can make anyone look like a pro. Incredibly easy to use. And if you follow the directions and wait 7 full days before subjecting the floor to real use, it will reward you with extreme durability. That said, you can easily walk on the floor with socks after 2 hours in the right weather and ventilation. AMAZING FLOOR FINISH!

I've been making high quality kitchen, end and coffee tables, and other furniture. It makes for EXCELLENT, HARD DURABLE finish, especially when sprayed, but also self-levels very well. Taking a very fine seel wool to final coat gives you control over how much satin look you desire. Been using as floor and non-floor applications professionally for over 12 years. Best on the market! REALLY.

My brother, a contractor, recommended this product to seal my 250 yr. old heart pine floors. It was very easy to apply, dry, and cure.It has been on the floor for a year. It shows no discoloration, no wear, is scratch resistant, and easy to clean. I use a steam mop/vacuum combo made by Bissell to clean. The steam doesn't seem to affect the finish at all.I'm very pleased with this product.

I'm dropping a star because it is not a satin finish, it came out medium to high gloss. Great product to apply , levels well and is easy to use. Don't try to fix an area until it has dried completely. The gloss look good( not what I wanted) but gives great depth to a teak floor. Be careful pulling your tape as it can pull some finish off around the edges. I cut mine first with a olfa knife. Hoping the wear is as good as the other comments testify.

This stuff is the real deal. I used to recoat my wood floors every year with Minwax water based polyurethane I purchased at the local Home Depot. While the Minwax works good to coat certain wood products, like chairs and tables, it doesn't really stand up on wood floors. Streetshoe is incredibly durable. I have had it on for a few months and it looks like I just put it on yesterday. I also use Squeaky Clean to clean it. Looks beautiful.

Good stuff. I used an edger and then rolled this product on. Two coats was sufficient. It dried quickly and self leveled which prevented streaks or roller marks.

Good at resisting water damage if quickly dried. Bad at resisting pet accidents, especially if someone “drips” or ralphs overnight and you don’t know until the next morning. And the spots are permanent.

Finish is easy to apply but more info on compatibility would be great. Used a water based dye first but Basic Coatings water-based sealers and finish lift colorant. Basic Coatings was unable to provide knowledgeable assistance but General Finishes was extremely helpful especially since I was not using their product. Product is good customer service from Basic Coatings not so good. I will be going back to General Finishes products again as a result of this experience.
