This has a higher milligram , I take with D3& Magnesium Glycinate so that my calcium goes into my bones and teeth instead of clogging my arteries!Since I take 5,000 IU of Vit D3 it's better to take a higher dose of the K2 menoquine, I would never go without the K2 , Vit D3 , and MAG Glycinate together . I also take ZINC, just not at the same time . Also if you take a very high amount of ZINC you need a little copper but not to much . I take 2 mg .

I think that the memory may be improving, hopefully on my next bone density I will see some results in my fist size holw in rt hip. the issue is I thought I might be reacting as I had a rash on my arms back, neck and face but after seeing MD this past Monday she feels it is probably the Prolia injection that casued this horrible rash which caused sloughing of my skin wherea biopsy had been taken on a large mole. so after all this clears up I will try taking it again. The Prolia will be in my system for 6 months. so we shall see

I order these K2 Vitamins every month. They are high quality. I really trust Dr. Mercola. He has very high standards for his products and Vitamin K2 is needed for Vitamin D3 to be absorbed and "put" in the right place. If you do not have K2, you can get toxic from too much Vit D3, even though we need LOTS of D3 to prevent Cancer, most diseases, including Colds & Flu. It is amazing how Vit D3 is connected to so many diseases....a lack of it is always found when disease is present. But, you need K2 to go along with the D3. So....I will continue to order this fine product.
